As per user manual no such error (Er 5) can be found in this glucometer. Please check again your glucometer, maybe you are using a different brand glucometer. However if it still shows Er 5 you can contact your local store from where you purchased it, or share the image of that glucometer with them or you can send me directly on fb/insta link in description. There are multiple factors for variation. 1. Time of sampling, make sure that both samples are withdrawn at similar time, without any noticeable time lag. 2. Test strips of glucometer must be new and fresh. 3. If the variation is more ( like you mentioned) , in that case it's better to get atleast 3 readings from both methods. Lower reading may be due to old strips. Please check the opening date of test strips as they only give proper results after 90-120 days of opening. @@vishalparmar3342 warranty card may be missing as it's not a big issue, in that case you can ask for an authentic invoice/bill from your retailer and keep it safe . @@loveallhatenone5673 A 9, 10, 11 are not any error, it comes as soon as a fresh test strip is inserted into the metre for testing or metre is switched on , and disappears after some time. In my knowledge it may be just the code of glucometer or glucometer strips (but now all glucometers comes in Auto category , so this hardly matters , although I am not sure about it) I hope this will help you. It's not SEE.. it's SEt Which means settings. It usually comes when you switch on the glucometer after inserting the battery . These settings are used to set the date and time. BPL latest and best model is B21/B21(i) & B-17. Feature wise B-17 is winner, but price is on the higher side too Accuracy wise both are nearly similar. I purchased bpl b21from store but reading was inaccurate as i also have omron hem7156T. There was difference of 30-40 points in reading of both machines . So i returned it to company they told me they will replaced or upgrade my device .@@healthmitra6328

It may be due to multiple factors.. 1. Timings of blood glucose testing ( for example you tested by your own at morning, and in evening at clinic ) 2. Difference in glucometer brands 3. Different procedure ( glucometer vs venous blood sampling method) 4. Validity of test strips. Although I don't know much about Apollo glucometer, as i haven't unboxed it yet. But majority of the errors in any glucometer is because of false strips or expired strips So, its better to check the strips again before testing your blood sugar level. I hope this will help you. सबसे पहले तो आपका धन्यवाद जो आपने इतना अच्छा सवाल पूछा, बात करते हैं One touch verio की, मुख्यत: दो कारण है जिसकी वजह से मैंने इसको लिस्ट में नही लिया है पहला जैसा की आपने खुद बताया प्राइस का, इसका प्राइस काफी अधिक है। दूसरा है इसकी टेस्ट स्ट्रिप्स की उपलब्धता का, आज भी छोटे शहरों में ये उतनी आसानी से उपलब्ध नहीं है। अब बात लैब और मीटर की रीडिंग में आए अंतर की, तो ये अंतर लगभग सभी मीटर में आता है, किसी में कम तो किसी में ज्यादा, 10-20 पॉइंट्स का अंतर नोर्मल होता है, इससे ज्यादा का अंतर आ रहा है , वो भी लगातार 3 या 4 रीडिंग्स तक तो हो सकता है मीटर में कुछ प्रोब्लम हो। कुछ अन्य फैक्टर्स भी होते हैं जिससे ये वैरिएशन आ सकता है, जैसे स्ट्रिप्स कितनी पुरानी है, लैब में मीटर से टेस्ट करवाया गया है या सिरिंज से रक्त का सैंपल लेकर इत्यादि। उम्मीद करता हूं, इस जवाब से आपका संशय कुछ दूर कर पाया। आज ही अपने HEALTH MITRA को सब्सक्राइब करें। धन्यवाद।
