उसका मतलब मशीन रीडिंग ठीक से ले नही पाई है और वो रीडिंग सही नही है । ऐसा ज्यादातर बेल्ट ठीक से न लगने के कारण या रीडिंग लेते समय हिलने के कारण हो सकता है ।
उपाय : नया रीडिंग लेना बेहतर रहेगा ।

Your point is absolutely correct. All these home diagnostic devices never give accurate results. they are just to monitor current situation approximately.
It's highly recommended to take three consecutive readings and then make the average of that readings to inform the doctors about the situation.
