When you kick how stiff do you point your ankle and do you keep it stiff after contact. I’m a hs kicker
@@austi16 first question is kinda preference, but pretty stiff. and yea keep your ankle stiff after contact
@@austi16 I’ve found a way to get solid results when I have a flexed ankle. I wouldn’t recommend it though
