Many Bodies; One Spirit…and that Spirit belongs to the Father:
“The head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the *head of Christ is God.”* (1 Corin 11:3). Jesus is the head of the body-the beginning-meaning he was the first one to come out from God (John 16:27). Jesus is the firstborn of every creature AND he is the firstborn from the dead (Col 1:15, 1:18). Jesus was given power over all flesh by his Father (John 17:2), and it is his Father who has taught Jesus all he knows and speaks (John 8:28). Jesus in turn has taught us about the Father and has given us all power over the enemy, and nothing by any means will hurt us (Luke 10:19). Those who join in unity with God’s spirit know that it is the Father who makes all things alone (Isaiah 44:24). God's power and spirit controls all who belong to him.
