  • We are back for round 2 of Prep & Repurpose! This week we prepped a handful of things and are going to show you how we are going to repurpose them throughout the week.
    A little bit of meal prep can be so beneficial! It takes the guesswork out of mealtime during the week and helps set you up for a successful week.
    What we prepped:
    - ground beef for burger salad and chili casserole​
    -pork meatballs
    -coconut rice
    -roasted spaghetti squash
    -roasted sweet potatoes
    -air fryer fries
    -birthday cake protein bars
    -air fryer hard boiled eggs
