We made a Picadillo on El Disco!

A picadillo is a Mexican dish featuring small pieces of meat (picado) like ground beef or diced steak or chicken.
There is really no wrong way or right way to make it. So it's a dish you can have some fun with. For example: I love mine with potatoes. Some don't.

How did the potatoes come out? Looks like you have a nice garden, or close to a decent farmer's market.

How's it going? We use yellow potatoes. They don't take as long to cook. These came out like we like them - Al Dente .
