It's a Dendrobium Orchid. Very common in Hawaii.. Yeah.. that's quite the jungle. I refer to this place as the swamp or swampland. That Pink one is a Anthurium, which is widely cultivated there. They do Walkabouts in the land "downunder".. haha.. Clouds are coming and going here in S. Oregon.. :waving:
I think you're the first on UA-cam doing a 48v string using different brands of 12v batteries. I hope this works out. I was thinking about doing the same thing myself. Thanks for trying this and sharing your experience.
i didnt see any Lithium battery plants on your walk BTW I just bought a Victron 20 amp smart Battery charger. Ive been wanting one of these for some time now.
Hey I have a couple questions if you don't mind: does your balancer get hot in either side? Also when you connect it to your solar charge controller can you then measure the voltages? Why I ask is because, I have a similar set up but using the same make and kind of batteries, how ever I bought them a couple months apart due to cash flow. My balancer gets significantly hot and only maintains the same voltage when in absorption or when the pack is being discharged, I noticed irregular voltages when the 4 batteries are full (13.76, 13.27, 13.36, 13.40) .
I haven't put any loads charging or discharging it yet, so have not noticed any heat. But, tomorrow is the big test, so we'll see what it does then! I will let you know brother! Aloha!🤙

Do you guys have grass chiggers and ticks?
Not that I have ever heard of. LFA's yes...little fire ants. Hard to see, but walking through that and undoubtedly get bit a couple times! 🤙
