    Client Rating: 7/10
    Duration: 60 Minutes
    Group Size: 1-90
Workout Categories: Circuit + Full Body + Weights + Agility + Indoor
    Terrain: Indoor
Equipment: Bench or Step-Up Box, Stability Balls, BOSU Balls, Dumbbells (light & medium), Exercise Maps, 3 Pylons, Wall (I've included "no-equipment" modifications for exercises with Stability Ball, BOSU Ball, and Step-Up Box)
This is the circuit that started it all for me over 10 years ago. The original adrenaline circuit is the first circuit I ever wrote down on paper, the circuit that create a buzz in my hometown back in 2008, and one of the first circuits I ever filmed for my UA-cam channel in 2013. I'm excited to share this one as a training guide and actually very surprised it took until trainers guide #58 to put this one out into the world.
I love this workout because of its simplicity, roots to traditional bootcamp style, and because it is the perfect "GO-TO" bootcamp for any fitness level. This bootcamp circuit has variety, is fast, versatile, and can gives you the opportunity to switch up the exercises and equipment in an infinite combination of ways.
Phase 2 & 4 are also some of my favourite drills. This will be a workout you will use for years to come and i'm sure create your own variation of.
Have fun, try this classic out, and let me know how you like it! Hit me up on UA-cam @AXFIT or on Instagram @AXFIT

So a question about bootcamps. Do you do a different class each day or do you do the same things but just change up, for example, training back, so do rows one day, then lats the next day etc? I want to teach more classes but if you are making up something new each class it seems like so much work😓

@@AnnProkenpek I understand about a full program...what I meant was if she does 2 bootcamps a week, would she focus on the back with one particular move like the row, then o the the 2nd day focus it with lat pulldowns

Hey I do a different style of class each day but works the whole body, sometimes a class might target upper body or lower body more. Like Mondays is a stair workout we work mainly cardio with this class. Tuesdays is full body blast bootcamp, light weights, heavy weights, bosu balls... etc. I hit their cardio, core and full body. Wednesdays we do a 30/30 class half stairs half core. So a hard cardio class and intense core class, lots of pushups, planks ab drills and cardio moves that target the core.
Thursdays is heavy weights, we do body toning and work slow reps focusing on building muscle. Saturdays we do more primal moves, no equipment.
So this keeps things fresh for your clients, your training and allows them to know what style they are working each day so they can plan for it. Some clients might like going to the gym a few days a week too so this way they know your schedule or if some are just doing your classes each style is covered with your training.
