Hi Miss Jessica, my name is Abby and I'm 11 years old. I saw your cancer video. I want you to know I'm praying for you. I love you with all my heart and am here for you.
Thankfully she finished her treatments last summer and she has been cancer free since then. She still needs our prayers as you will still be feeling the affects of the different medications and especially the affects of the radiation and chemo treatments as they can be brutal and it takes many years for some side effects to go away if they even ever go away. I finished my cancer treatments back in 2019 and I am still noticing changes in my hair, skin and fingernails, plus a few that I hadn't noticed until they started coming back. Plus each person is unique in how their body reacts and the symptoms that they are/were dealing with during their journey.
I recently learned that each strand of corn silk corresponds to a single kernel of corn. Thought your viewers may enjoy learning this as well. Thank you Cole the Cornstar!
Great to see you again Jess, hope school is going well for you, hope you do more vlogs too, and hope you have a great week and blessings to you and your family!!👍❤️🙏
Good girl piper, my dog would’ve eaten it 100% when it comes to food all his training goes out the window. Lovely to see a little vlog from you Jess xx
Timeless piece plus well made = last forever. I love Roots and I can wear Roots to work so I buy few pieces normally summer, fall/winter. Watch for sales. I’m 61 years old so comfortable is key. The tight jeans and tops days are gone. I have a couple black dresses that go with anything. I do like a nice bag lol. Plus a good jogger with matching top Costco is a run.
Great to see the update for last month! I smiled to see the new building still getting framed in the background of the garden shot (and I hope you got loads more 'maters from your garden over the last month). I hope school is off to a good start. Looking forward to book club starting up again! Love the jewelry and clothing buys. I need to get similar hoops for my teen daughter for Xmas from Ana Luisa - she has a lot of similar style choices as you! ❤ Take care, Jess, and thanks for keeping us in the loop of what you've been up to. 😊
Wow, Jess, you are such a busy bee! I've never felt corn pollen in my skin, but I can imagine the itch. Jikes! Your curly hair is gorgeous! 😍 I really hope you will keep your hair short (ish). It makes your curls come out so much more! Saying hi from the Netherlands. 🤗 🇳🇱 ❤
Jess~idk if this is too late but…pull the tomatoes off when they’re full sized and ripen them on the counter. Why? The plant starts shutting down bc it knows that the fruit is ripe and starts shutting down. So pulling them off when green and counter ripens makes the plant keep producing fresh blooms! Also trim the branches off that don’t produce e fruit to put the nutrients back into the plant. Does this make any sense? If not I can make a longer post with more info. I’ve been gardening for 40+ years and this helps produce more tomatoes 🥰 Just trying to help you respectfully hun. Much love from Utah~ Nana
Did you know that if you find out you have a hard frost coming in one night, you can pull up your tomato plants, roots & all, attach them to a coat hanger with the roots up by the hanging hook, and hang the entire thing in your basement or somewhere dark that won't freeze. The remaining tomatoes on your plant will slowly ripen (I don't think they actually grow any more tho) and you can have farm fresh tomatoes through much of the winter. We did this with 9 tomato plants. We supplied our neighbor & us with our delicious homegrown, clean, chemical free tomatoes clear through February! And they'd gone up to almost $5.00 a pound in the grocery stores that January! Yum!
So weird how our hair changes when our body faces...a challenge. (Trying to find the right wording...but failing) 😂 I had bone straight hair...then I got pregnant... as soon as I delivered him, bang! Curly hair! 👀🤔 I was like ..what in the what ... No one told me this might happen! 😢 I was not prepared!! 😂 Love the curls in your hair! ❤ They are beautiful! 🥰
Always nice to see you, Jess. Your hair is so curly. How do you manage that curly hair when it's so hot? Going to the cabin sounds like a great idea. Always nice to see the cabin. Piper is so cute lying on the back of the sofa. She does look like a cat at the moment. Great shout out to Ana Luisa. Very nice jewelry. I don't wear much jewelry except for my amber necklace that I got in Gdansk, Poland when we were on one of our Viking trips. That's not a bad commute. Taking care of the corn sounds like a great idea. That's too bad that you got caught in the corn field in the rain. That's too bad that you got covered in pollen. Those tomatoes are huge! You shouldn't feel guilty when you buy something expensive. I don't like shopping for clothes. That was a good idea to put on that suit and the boots. That corn is huge! That's some nice packaging that your sweater came in. That sweater is going to come in handy when it gets really cold there in Canada. Piper is an attention hound.
8:00 it's all about consumerism too. I guess I was never really into fashion but just made it easier to not spend all that money on clothes that are only "good for this year" just wasteful to me. I hit up the thrift stores before I go to any retail stores anymore.
Jess, Just watched your Mom's video. Her back sounds like a good TENS unit that stimulates the muscles can help her big time. It helps heal the back faster too. I suffer from a torn disk with sciatica and DDD. It's been almost 25 years. The TENS unit kept me vertical longer. Had to be able to work. Sports medicine place for WVU years ago showed me how wonderful it would help. Love all your jewelry and can understand why you love that design.
Hi Jess - great to see you! As you grow up you look to buy better quality and timeless, classic pieces so they Nebraska go out of style. Good way to shop and have a great vacation!
Love your hair you have come so far love your videos. Piper is such a character her not eating the food looking at the camera she so wanted to. Whats pipers massive collar she is wearing?
Hi Jess. I seen a video the other day about your check up. Glad to know things are going good. Your hair is so cute. Was it that curly before the chemo. I can't remember but it looks great
Jessica, I try to save as much money as possible because I do not have a Credit Card nor a high Savings amount because I got scammed several times two years ago. I do not want to spend too much before I go grocery shopping because I know that groceries at a supermarket are very expensive.
Hi Jess! Is the Ana Luisa jewelry hypo-allergenic? I usually have to wear sterling, gold or steel because anything else makes sores on my skin from allergies im guessing. I love your hair! I used to have to spend upwards of $100.00 every 11-12 weeks to get perms for hair like yours. Had a Stevie Nicks vibe going back then. (80s hair band days). Happy to see you doing so well.
Just curious Jess... I've sent 2 seperate pkgs to your Mom's P.O. with a gifts for You in each separate pkgs... 1st pkg was home made "Initial felt book marks" And the 2nd pkg was 2 home made leather Initial magnetic book marks for each of You... Sent from California with LOVE but feel that if you never got either one ??? So HAPPY Your health is good & LOVE all the curl in your hair... GBY & YOUR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY ALWAYS 🙏💖🐕🤗✝️
Your hair looks gorgeous. Love seeing you relax with the girls (dogs). Now a grandmotherly, well meant comment. Saying ‘to be honest’ becomes a habit. It infers, you’re not always honest (in what you don’t say). I expect to hear it from a car sales man. I don’t trust anyone in the selling profession who says ‘to be honest with you’. Just my opinion, maybe food for thought. Tell mum to stick a small cushion on her seat under her sore side. Might realign things, it works for me. Hate to think of her in pain, I know it’s awful.
Hi Jessica! I was wondering if you have done any research on the carcinogenic & mutagenic properties of different fungicides & pesticides as it relates to humans who are exposed to (thru application) and consume. Seems like that would be a great research project for you as it is in line with what you are doing, and as a cancer warrior who will follow the data and science and not be swayed by external pressure to reach pre approved conclusions.
Jess: spending money on having trips and experiences with friends and family is an investment in future memories. Xx

Jess you would be perfect as Betty Boop for Halloween.

With having beat cancer, does working with the different applications for farming like the herbicides you mentioned worry you?
Your hair is so cute!
Thanks!
Loved the video
We need to get Jess some Frog Togs for work.. I know that itch from pollen.. I break out from corn silk.
Hi Jess I hope you have a. Great trip away.tc😊

When you get tired of the cropped T, just sew another tshirt body onto the bottom! Itll look cute still and be more comfy.

Jess...It actually isn't trends that are changing rapidly, rather the attention spans decreasing with the masses of your generation.
