- We look at another aspect of Irish life that we absolutely love - the Irish Fair Day. This one is in our local town, Tubbercurry. We arrive early to watch them set up the stalls and then take a leisurely stroll around, checking out most aspects of the day’s activities (no one could possibly cover it all).
So join us on our little adventure.
Never saw Ireland in that way before and it was good. Thank you good people very much.

The English are always very welcome in Ireland. They were never the problem it was Royalty and the Governments and Leaders. The English people are awesome; love them.

Myself and a couple of my old biking buddies took a spin from Drogheda to Mulranney. We took a windy path and through this lovely village..I'll admit I was watching out to see might I spot you😂..Another really enjoyable video. Go raibh míle maith agat.

St Columba is really better known as St Colmcille. He’s my choice for ‘main man’. He was a cantankerous old so and so who caused a war between the O’Neill Clan and the High King over a book. This row culminated in the Battle of Cúl Dreimhne (Cooldrumman, Co Sligo) also known as ‘the Battle of the Books’ in 561AD. Now that’s someone I can relate to! Patrick was too much of a politician and Brigid a goody-two-shoes. Keep the videos coming-I really enjoy them!
