Thank you for sharing! ❤️
I have been using this supplement for over 10 years and its so calming. I only need 200 Mg! ❤
Is it too tiring for daytime?
@@lilij1915 Not at all, its a calming feeling. But you don’t feel sleepy. I take it anytime I feel super stressed or anxious.
Hi Doctor I have 250mg of relaxd tablets. Can I take two one in the morning and one at night. I struggle to sleep. Thanks
Hi! would you recommend for anxiety AND inattentiveness/focus? I tried L tyrosine and it makes me too jittery.
This is something that I have used with patients to help with focus and feeling of anxiety
Very useful content! I'm using this for anxiety and over stress, I had tons of problems and each time I see doctor they can't find anything but stress...I'm using a different type of it named as suntheanine, they say it is same thing but patented, I notice that it makes my appetite low, is this normal ? Thank you!
Yes it can reduce appetite for some …I often notice the same effect with green tea
@@JessicaNortonND thanks a lot for reply ma’m big fan of you ☺️ wish you best!
Hello ..
is it good to use when i feel anxious and high after SSri ??
The combo can cause drowsiness and sedation, I recommend to talk to your doctor about this combo
@JessicaNortonND Ok thanks
Because it increases GABA, I'm wondering if it can help alcohol withdrawal symptoms?
interesting idea, it's not a use I'm familiar with. I'll have to take a deeper look
Are you familiar with phenylpiracetam? I like that one
No I’ll have to take a look! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Where can I buy this thanks in advance
@ellencarpenter2868 Google it...Easier to get in USA...UK ...intellimeds
If we taken L-theanine, then brain waves will be 8-12hz (Alpha waves)???
which supplement and best time to take
I have a link to a brand I like in the description, I generally have clients take it in the morning
Can it be taken longterm everyday
I’ve had patients on it longer term, but I’m generally also looking to correct the root cause so they are not on supplements for forever
Can it help with akathisia?
This is not something I have experience with
Did you get that from antipsychotic?
@@sebastianliwinski222 Clomipramine. Fucking evil drug gave me severe full blown pssd as well.
Taking Gabba and L-theanine together good?
It is a combo I use often
I think you mean beta waves. Theta brain waves are achieved during meditation and hypnosis. It’s the most calming before gamma
Nope. L-theanine helps to induce the alpha state. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18296328/
