This was my favourite warmup yet. The twists in the second half were so good to get into the hamstrings, hip and lower back I went back and did them twice. Its quite satisfying to find a new stretch that feels like it's just what your body needs. I appreciate that you don't move too fast and explain the nuances of the stretches thoroughly. Your body will obviously adapting to getting back into the routine of everything Tracy. Should hopefully ease after a few times. If the calves keep sore that’s maybe an insight into upping mileage or intensity too much before they’re ready. If it eases though then you are obviously fine 😊👍🏻

Ash, yesterday I ran a fast 5km, and experienced my first back stiffener (mild spasm), since I broke my back in late 2022. Naturally, I was pretty nervous to run today. This session enabled me to, and, fairly comfortably. A massive WIN. Thank you 👊🏼
