You are completely right. Many vehicles manufacturers (in this case Ford and Jeep) have so far neglected the safety for passenger side crash test. Now, they're caught up! Hope that they will improve in their next models.

its sad the only thing wrong with the pilot is the airbad used in the passenger side, glad honda is looking at a new design that wont let that happen

From what I noticed, the GMC Acadia fell apart significantly less than all the others.
