Just picked one up .... blown away by the quality and durability. We have an Acura MDX (2016) and this has all of those features but in a more modern, ergonomic package
I like your enthusiasm for your channel. Almost all reviews that I have seen including yours state that the Honda Passport has a dual climate control system. My 2019 Elite and I think yours has a tri-zone climate control system. In your video I see the three temperature displays (left, right, and rear) with corresponding controls. I know that the Elite also allows the backseat occupants to change their temperature but the front dash climate control allows for the same thing. Another area that most reviewers state that there is a Sport mode with the D/S switch. I thought the same thing but according to the user manual that S stands for Sequential and not Sport. There is a temporary and permanent mode for the paddle shifters controlled by this Sequential function. Best of luck with increasing your subscribers' base and thank you for posting the 2021 Honda Passport review.
Hi Tom, love your dedication. I came across this video because I'm about to release mine soon. From one car review channel to another, you got to get a better camera. You have way too much shaking in your videos, including this one when you're using some kind of headgear. Doesn't help with the angle or shakes. Some of your other videos also look very dark and blurry. I know other reviews use really fancy cameras, I simply use gopros and use the IS within them. They work very well during drives or me shooting the outside or inside of the car. Hope this helps!
You have no idea how helpful this is. I have been struggling to understand how to improve my personal presentation in my videos, thinking that has been the major problem for me. I greatly appreciate your feedback. I also consider it an honor to know that one of the far bigger names in our niche would watch my videos. I have watched a few videos since originally reading your comment to learn how to change settings to improve the quality of my videos. Additionally, I will use IS from now on to help as well. I have used it in the past and have seen solid results. gain, thank you for your feedback. It means a lot!
Just purchased one for the wife but in the sport trim. Wife does not like leather but misses the auto tail gate. Other than that has everything else that matters to us.
Great job on the video. I just bought my Honda Passport Elite a few days ago. Love the quality features and the power that comes from this car. There's a lot of space in the back so I'm about ready for camping/hiking trips for next year.
I have a 2019 Touring FWD and I love it. But one problem I still have is the infotainment system. I experienced crackling noise and the random on/off screen. Got the wire harness replaced and the problems seemed gone away. But now the GPS is not working and sometime the crackling noise still present. Any update?
The driver side blind spot monitor is basically useless, too far forward and away from mirror. Should have placed in mirror like their other cars. I own a PP. like the engine, driving position, and 9 speed so far.
No one ever talks about the Passport's Achilles Heal. If the engine will not start and jump starting it doesn't work, of course you have to have it towed. When the engine is not running, the transmission (with its push button shifting) can not shift in to neutral. The tow truck will drag the vehicle and damage the AWD, the transmission, and the other parts of the drive train. Those damages are not cover by Honda's warranty. If you buy a Passport, get your salesman to give you the Honda solution, for free. It is Honda part # 07aaa-tz3a100 and normally costs $294.87
Anyone who owns an awd Passport or any awd/4wd vehicle should know when calling a tow truck to request a flat bed. Towers "should" know not to drag an awd/4wd vehicle as soon as they see the rear differential. Like this comment if you didn't know.
@@joegadow If a flat bed arrives, the Passport's wheels still drag. Honda did notify the companies (Railroads) that transport their new vehicles about this issue. When being off loaded, if the Passport does not start and can not be jump started, they are not to move the vehicle. They are to call the American Honda Distribution Field Representative (local DFR), and Honda DFR will bring a special tool that puts the dead Passport's transmission in to neutral. Honda sells the tool (07aaa-tz3a100) for $300. Honda hides this when asked and if you don't have either the part number of the tool or the exact title of the Honda document, they dummy up. They dummy up, because they know that this is a deal breaker and sales will be even lower than they already are (see: www.carsalesbase.com/us-honda-passport/ ) Note...You can change the word "passport" to accord and see the sales numbers for the accord. The exact title is: "American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Vehicle Handling manual (extract). See Section 8 Appendix C. Like Notorious B.I.G Biggie Smalls once said "and if you didn't know, now you know, ....."

Thank you! And I appreciate your feedback and the information you have shared. I will make corrections on those things in future videos.
I subscribed to your community because you are a very good speaker and presenter of the automibile's features!
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Thank you for becoming part of the Vehicle Visionary family. Have a great day!

I haven't been able to find any reviews that talk about the digital rearview mirror. Any guidance?

I agree with you on the blind spot monitor, I've been driving mine since August and I haven't trained my eyes to look that far forward.
I just got mine I do not like that as well
What are the differences between the 2021 Honda Pilot and the 2021 Honda Passport?
If you don’t mind waiting a day or two, I’ll make a video that will show you.
Thanks for the feedback!!
Here is the video you requested. 😄 ua-cam.com/video/Z9_-3Hc1Nz4/v-deo.html
