"This is really light...""Yea, super light...." That look on your face is priceless! Another great video Matt. The production quality on the Drifta Lifta series is next level too. Keep em coming
Great episode once again! You deserve more views, quality of the content is absolutely insane, even compared too pretty much all of the bigger channels.
Is that a Power/Force Sensor Reese has on his forearm? Just wondering how he knew the m/s he was creating while benching. If so do you know what it's called or where I could get one?
It would have been nice if someone had answered you before three years had passed. BUT, I think I found out what it is. Here's a link to the Stronger By Science website where a coach evaluates three different types of barbell accelerator measuring devices. The LAST (third one) seems to be the band that Reese Hoffa had on his arm. It's called The Push Band and, according to the article, sells for under $ 200. The coach also elaborates with some good info about such devices. www.strongerbyscience.com/complete-guide-to-bar-speed-trackers/
Reese Hoffa is the reason I began throwing. I saw a video of him throwing shotput and I instantly wanted to begin throwing. Another awesome video!
