  • Hi y'all! I want to post my stages from TTG with commentary to explain what was happening and what our tasks were in each event. I feel like it's nice to hear explanations on what was required of the athletes to do, movements we had to perform, and I tried to add a few tips in there as well. Bear with me on some of my verbiage. Honestly, I was nervous about how this video would turn out since it was my first time using a couple new apps to create it. I'm not really tech savvy, but I'm trying to learn!
If you have any questions feel free to leave them in the comments below!
    Thanks for watching!

Let's not lower the standard or meaning of what that phrase refers to...the RESULT should be fast BY starting slow and training safely until you can add speed and still be smooth and faster....until you're actually very very fast. NOTHING about this was fast or really pushed.

thanks so much for these videos - super helpful and to the point! can I ask how many rounds of these are normally done at each stage? (e.g, were there 3 rounds total of this sequence?)

Hi there! There are typically 4 rounds and the stages are 12-15 minutes in length. Thanks for the comment :) I'm so glad they are helpful

Question for you, how come you aren’t allowed to use extended magazine base plates for the games?
Also, what scope would you recommend? Is it worth buying a $1500+ PA or NF lpvo? Do you think a red dot with x5 magnifier would work?
Sorry I have a bunch of questions and have my games coming up in May! Your video was super helpful and probably the best one I’ve seen on UA-cam so far!

Hi @slayed100 sorry for the delayed response. You would have to clarify with Tactical Games staff on not being able to use the extended mag base plates. That being said, in my opinion having extended base plates would not serve much of a purpose as the strings of fire are usually 12-15 rounds, sometimes less, and then you are required to clear and safe your weapon before moving on to the physical aspect. In my opinion, I don’t think a 5x magnifier is the best choice for the games as the distances seem to be getting longer (400-600+ yards). If you are going to put the LPVO to other use besides TTG, then I would say buy something that you can use for TTG as well as other purposes. If you are just wanting to see if The Tactical Games are for you, I would recommend something like the Burris RT6 as it is inexpensive, but does a great job. This way you are not shelling out a bunch of money if you find that TTG is not for you. Thank you for your comment, I appreciate your thoughts on it! Please ask any questions you have and I'd love to try to help. Good luck in your May competition!

Just buy a Continental or Paragon scope.....same scope as Vortex nine times out of ten, made in same factory, same glass...for way less than the absurd prices of retail gouge markups.
