the views from the South Cliff are absolutely stunning! That autumn light really brings out the best of Scarborough. That walk through Peasholm Park looks like such a peaceful escape. You can really feel the history of Scarborough as we go along, what a beautiful blend of nature and heritage. That sunset at the end is breathtaking! What a jam-packed day full of beautiful sights and so much variety. Thanks for taking us along on the adventure!

Thank you so much Simon, yes Autumn is our favourite time of year it makes pretty much everywhere look and feel magical. Also the start of that magical time that leads us into Halloween, Bonfire Night, Thanksgiving and Christmas. There is no better time of year! Trying to build up a local following with this one, much in the same vein as you have achieved with Lindfield. Back out filming tomorrow the main staple of our channel Boarded Up, the first episode of the second series. I’ve been researching this one for months and really hope it lands. I think it might but after half a year off filming that series I am nervous! Have an amazing week.
Lovely tour guys buildings are absolutely beautiful, outstanding architecture! Autumn is absolutely fantastic there and with the sound of birds and a leaf under the shoe, could it be better!? Oh, it can be even better, “the castle” showed it! What a place this is! 👏

Lovely to see Scarborough in the Autumn sun but still never visited Jacob's Mount and great views of Scarborough. Lovely colours in the trees at Peasholm Park and those wood carvings were amazing and we always do the open top bus when we go. I remember my oldest grandson (when he was about 5) refusing point blank to go anywhere near that sitting giant man lol. My son can confirm the Grand Hotel is an absolute dump. Still not been to Scarborough this year, which is unusual for us 🤔. Cheers Alan
Ah yes the Grand Hotel is a mixed bag to be sure. It’s still a place to pick up a viral video if you want 100K views on your channel, yes we are still definitely tempted. The MacMaster went in under his real name and stupidly got amazing treatment, they are clearly trying to improve and get beyond the dismal Britannia perception. Id say you can still get 100K views checking in the grand for a night but do it quick and do it in a name other than your channel name. I’m still tempted. Can say the what three words at the start, if you went to them and made a noise, id be out seeing what’s going on ni my doorstop! Yes we are YTCC but at the same time we aren’t full time so as great as the experience is we can’t take it onboard. Yet. Our plan, before YTCC,was to deliver on three promises, boarded up, Scarborough locals, and travel, with the latter being a desperate grab we can’tget a hold on. We will use everything we learn from YTCC to help but those are our three things we are focused on..

For me, just walking along the coast would be enough, I loved your drone footage and the views from up at the top were amazing with gorgeous countryside near that farm. Hi Nick and Gill autumn is such a great time of year, the crisps leaves on the ground. Nice seeing the birds on the lake. Great views from along the path of the castle. Beautiful countryside you would never think this is Scarborough. Cemeterys hold so much history! What a fabulous walk lovely wood carvings. Hi Anna & Steve 🐿️ 🤣 There are always Motorhomes and Campervans parked on the South side since the council opened toilets and a place to get rid of waste! not sure if they charge at the pay and display can look into it for you if you ever fancied a North Yorkshire coast visit? We love Autumn and have sooo many nice walks! Wanted to get out and film today but it’s teeming down! Hope the sun is out where ever you guys are! have a gooden 👍❤️

yes had there been another gate it would definitely have beaten that nasty snappy one! almost took my leg off! I’m definitely getting braver with the drone and relying on my own pilot skills over the inbuilt features. I’m starting to appreciate owning it now (it did take three months mind) but the odd shot in a video does add a great deal! DJI have just introduced a much simpler and cheaper drone at no expense in quality called the Neo, definitely worth a look Matt. look forward to your visit to Scarbados! that would be very cool!
Never been to Scarborough. Great to see it from above and off the beaten track. You can tell it's Autumn with all the leaves rustling under your feet. I think gate of the week was a bit grumpy fighting back there. The picnic timelapse reminded me of Benny Hill for some reason. Showing my age now! Super colours along the prom whilst listening to the wave. You did well to get that weather for the mooch around Scarborough 👍
Hi Nick and Jill hope you are both well what a beautiful day. You can't beat a walk on a sunny Autumn day . Loved the shot of the trees, the geese were definitely having a good time they are always so noisy you can even hear them when they fly overhead. That gate was a real terrier bet it's caught a few walkers in its time. The sound of leaves always invokes happy memories. The park looks really amazing based on the willow pattern plates we had those years ago. Your walk shows how much fun there is to be had if you just take the time to explore your local area, and Scarborough such a lot. This all looked wonderful. The Mere looked really nice, you guys really find some lovely places to explore. Nice the parking is free and just a mile walk into Scarborough. We really enjoyed the trip to Scarborough last year and look forward to our next visit, furnished with the additional insight on great places to go 👍 It’s fantastic how great the countryside is around Scarborough. A fantastic tour of Scarborough guys. I have to say I haven't been since I was a kid. I do have fond memories of Peasholm Park and for some reason Dinosaurs???
ah yes the dinosaurs, they were wonderful werent they? I used to go as a kid when I was on holiday too. Mr Marvels behind what was then an open air swimming pool. the swimming pool is sadly closed and derelict as is Mr Marvels although you can still access the site and see remnants of the dinosaurs up there. there is a TRex foot that remains! Quite sad, if I had photos as a kid there I’d probably do an eerie revisit of the site. but other UA-camrs have covered it pretty well.
It is lovely, im not sure of its placement, but on a summer day with families enjoying the dragon boats and orchestras playing for free to thousands of people on the stands I do appreciate its loveliness.

Haha we were walking many of those same steps just 2 days ago. We walked besides the giant man. We parked near Peasholm Park with a plan to explore it but ran out of time everywhere else. There really are so many wonderful views in Scarborough, we did the Castle during our visit as well. We walked Marine Drive too on our way back to the car and there were so many amazing surfers there. The prom was completely covered in seaweed. I always keep my eyes out for you pair when we're in your neck of the woods.

Hi Anne! Scarborough has 109,000 population as of 2021 so probably a little more now! Our life feels like one big race at the moment with barely anytime to take a step back! There is a race for life I think this weekend but no won’t be attending just saw some road closure signs! Love feeding the squirrels they are so tame had one run up my leg one time didn’t even have any nuts 😂 hope you guys are having a nice week! A most excellent walk. The redwoods were a surprise. We have a couple redwood forests either side of Melbourne too. Planted about a century ago so they a quite tall. But they're in a region where we have Mountain Ash, not an ash, but a type of eucalypt, and they are the second tallest in the world after the redwoods so the redwoods don't look that big. 😂 Nice job you two!

Working police phone boxes were a thing in the uk many years ago! A few places have chose to keep them especially with Dr Who using one as the Tardis they have become hugely popular with tourists to photograph! this one is the one I sent you a picture of with it do you remember? Jx

For me, just walking along the coast would be enough, I loved your drone footage and the views from up at the top were amazing with gorgeous countryside near that farm. Hi Anna & Steve 🐿️ 🤣 There are always Motorhomes and Campervans parked on the South side since the council opened toilets and a place to get rid of waste! not sure if they charge at the pay and display can look into it for you if you ever fancied a North Yorkshire coast visit? We love Autumn and have sooo many nice walks! Wanted to get out and film today but it’s teeming down! Hope the sun is out where ever you guys are! have a gooden 👍❤️

yes had there been another gate it would definitely have beaten that nasty snappy one! almost took my leg off! I’m definitely getting braver with the drone and relying on my own pilot skills over the inbuilt features. I’m starting to appreciate owning it now (it did take three months mind) but the odd shot in a video does add a great deal! DJI have just introduced a much simpler and cheaper drone at no expense in quality called the Neo, definitely worth a look Matt. look forward to your visit to Scarbados! that would be very cool!
Never been to Scarborough. Great to see it from above and off the beaten track. You can tell it's Autumn with all the leaves rustling under your feet. I think gate of the week was a bit grumpy fighting back there. The picnic timelapse reminded me of Benny Hill for some reason. Showing my age now! Super colours along the prom whilst listening to the wave. You did well to get that weather for the mooch around Scarborough 👍

Hi Nick and Jill hope you are both well what a beautiful day. You can't beat a walk on a sunny Autumn day . Loved the shot of the trees, the geese were definitely having a good time they are always so noisy you can even hear them when they fly overhead. That gate was a real terrier bet it's caught a few walkers in its time. The sound of leaves always invokes happy memories. The park looks really amazing based on the willow pattern plates we had those years ago. Your walk shows how much fun there is to be had if you just take the time to explore your local area, and Scarborough such a lot. This all looked wonderful. Like you say such a great variety, and people will say there is nothing to do. A big 👍 from us. Hope you have a wonderful weekend Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️

The Mere looked really nice, you guys really find some lovely places to explore. Nice the parking is free and just a mile walk into Scarborough. We really enjoyed the trip to Scarborough last year and look forward to our next visit, furnished with the additional insight on great places to go 👍 It’s fantastic how great the countryside is around Scarborough. Some cracking Drone footage there, loved the shots of Peasholm Park.

A fantastic tour of Scarborough guys. I have to say I haven't been since I was a kid. I do have fond memories of Peasholm Park and for some reason Dinosaurs???
ah yes the dinosaurs, they were wonderful werent they? I used to go as a kid when I was on holiday too. Mr Marvels behind what was then an open air swimming pool. the swimming pool is sadly closed and derelict as is Mr Marvels although you can still access the site and see remnants of the dinosaurs up there. there is a TRex foot that remains! Quite sad, if I had photos as a kid there I’d probably do an eerie revisit of the site. but other UA-camrs have covered it pretty well.

It is lovely, im not sure of its placement, but on a summer day with families enjoying the dragon boats and orchestras playing for free to thousands of people on the stands I do appreciate its loveliness.

Haha we were walking many of those same steps just 2 days ago. We walked besides the giant man. We parked near Peasholm Park with a plan to explore it but ran out of time everywhere else. There really are so many wonderful views in Scarborough, we did the Castle during our visit as well. We walked Marine Drive too on our way back to the car and there were so many amazing surfers there. The prom was completely covered in seaweed. I always keep my eyes out for you pair when we're in your neck of the woods.

Hi Anne! Scarborough has 109,000 population as of 2021 so probably a little more now! Our life feels like one big race at the moment with barely anytime to take a step back! There is a race for life I think this weekend but no won’t be attending just saw some road closure signs! Love feeding the squirrels they are so tame had one run up my leg one time didn’t even have any nuts 😂 hope you guys are having a nice week! A most excellent walk. The redwoods were a surprise. We have a couple redwood forests either side of Melbourne too. Planted about a century ago so they a quite tall. But they're in a region where we have Mountain Ash, not an ash, but a type of eucalypt, and they are the second tallest in the world after the redwoods so the redwoods don't look that big. 😂
