Beautiful drone footage 😊

What wonderful footage of the Abbey. Its been at least a year since we last visited Whitby, but I do love it, we need to get there next time we are up north visiting our daughter. The views from up by the Abbey are just stunning. Yep we def need to get up their again, your video as certainly wet my appetite and its got me thinking of the delicious Whitby Fish and Chips lol💜💜

Picked the worst places to go while in Grimsby, most town or cities have run down areas. Give me a shout next time your down this way ill take you to some of the better places in the area.

Hi Nick and Jill Really thought we had left a comment on this one. Typed it all out but can't have sent it 🙈🤣 as can't see it on here 🙈 We've throughly enjoyed your series from Northern Spain. The air bnb looks amazing and such a good price. Great that wi fi was so good too. Potes looked a fab place to visit too. Santander looks nice too, I would have had to have a paddle (Jo) Loved all the clips at the end . Its been a great adventure to watch. Hopefully this comment will work. Very little off-grid parking in the Dales we found, whereas we found loads of spits in and around the moors. Don't forget Bolton Abbey for a pricey-but-worth-it day out. Warm wishes from Millionaire Paul 👋

Well I finally get to leave my 'overal' comment. We have just arrived at our last BnB ( an overnighter). I was tempted not to watch the video as I so want to visit Whitby and thought that might spoil it. Instead it has just reinforced the wish. How gorgeous and you filmed it so well. Always love a visit to Whitby. Visitor numbers are supposedly down this year yet it is always busy when we visit.

First video ive seen that explains the statue on the pier fully. As i thought it was to do with them making the nets for the boats. Have you ever gone further up towards the south shore holiday camp

Always enjoy a Whitby visit and on a sunny day, you cannot go wrong and just about every time we go we always like to walk up and down the 199 steps to the Abbey and church, builds up a nice appetite for Mr Chips! So it must have been the Pirate Festival weekend and looked pretty early as well, as it looked very quite given the festival and the weather. Nice drone footage, although I could hear those pesky seagulls, cheers Alan

It’s ok going down the steps not sure we would want to go up them these days 😂. Lovely views of the sea. Love all the cobbled streets. Lovely to sea the ship. It’s a restaurant now isn’t it ? Awesome drone footage at. the opening Nicholas, I am still learning how to orbit around a building, haven't quite mastered that. Love the cobbled streets and buildings. 22 Fish and Chips shops, how do they all survive? They must be bl**dy good Love all these old buildings, we have nothing like this in Australia. Great drone footage at the start there guys, definitely turning into a worthwhile investment! Great lighting too, looked like a lovely summer's day! 22 fish & chip shops, I wonder how many people have eaten in them all? Amazing history on the Bridges. HMS Endeavour is very cool. Bit out of my price range though. No shortage of pubs, churches and boat trips. Love the sound of the seagulls, reminds me of home. They were a very well dressed pair of dog walkers! Indeed, I think I have a pic by the whale bone arch. Nice drone shots once again 🎉

Gorgeous shots Nick over Whitby Abbey, nice to see Whitby in all it's glory and yep, I totally can see why it's been rated Best seaside town, it's so pretty and charming. Loving the steps and that view over the sea and the coloured houses, so picturesque. The streets are so cute, love the cobbled close vibe, reminds me of York streets. Great to see it thriving, not like the current state of many local towns and seaside resorts. This was great Nick thank you for putting this together, proper ASMR vibes!

Was great to see you there in Whitby. We will have to grab a cuppa or ice-cream together one of these days. We will no doubt bump into you in Whitby again for Whitby Goth weekend in November.

I have a caravan in filey, and we always end up taking the extra drive to brid rather than scarborough, brid always feels better, cleaner and less cluttered. a propper sea side town, with huge clean beaches.

Super late evening (I think with the sun) stroll around Whitby. I might have to venture over some day to sample one of those 22 chipies. It sounds like a place with lots of history and looks like you can go on pirate boat trips excursions. Still looked pretty darn busy but I guess it was Saturday. No lager louts in the beer garden tho. Enjoyed the sounds of the seaside 👍
