That seems to match natural systems' principles of reciprocity, grounding, regeneration, care and solidarity. Also, I didn't hear anyone mention Participatory Budgeting as a strategy in business, orgs, or networks, but it's one I thought of.
Another version of solidarity could be seen in the care that trees and plants take of each other. Sending chemicals and nutrients to sick members, sending chemicals for pest deterrent when pets are detected, canopy space. Things like that. Update… this came up later in the convo.
