exactly, man, i always hate the fact that almost every cyberpunk story has a bad ending (alita battle angel, cyberpunk 2077, cyberpunk edgerunners, bladerunner) like fr tho that's enough bad endings, it's become way too annoying, ghostrunner gave me that story i wanted in a cyberpunk game
Personally, it was badass. As architect said before, he is the only Ghostrunner that was left alive. Jack is his name, but Ghostrunner is his username now. He is a hero, who nobody waited for. So how she said "The Ghostrunner" gave me goosebumps.
i like it. she says THE ghostrunner, because hes the only one left. now, its different when architect said it, because he said "i forbid you ghostrunner!" referring to him as just "a ghostrunner" is implying he is one of many non special components. zoe, on the other hand, said "THE ghostrunner", showing that hes the one and only. hes different, and hes THE ghostrunner that rose above.
hes alive. he has to be. his sword lit up and he gripped it. i think the part where the cybervoid was deleted and he saw the other ghostrunners - was his last moment in the cybervoid, looking at all of his dead brethren, standing in line, the mindless runners with no free will. jack was on the other side of them, he was different, and he escapes the cybervoid with what he has left. his humanity and his free will.
I think he was not dead but just shut downed. Zoe will evantually find Jacks body and reactivate him. The scene where jack gripped his katana is either just a dream or a vision! - Theory by MRDOOMJON15. (Just a theory ok guys!)
The thing is, only Jack and Mara were awear of Architect and his plan, Zoe never heard Architect's plan but she was aware of it in the end cutscene. The Ghostrunner must have told her in someway. This means he is alive.
@@lwdrd nope, they announced that there would be a Ghostrunner 2 with double the budget of the original game. No other info on it other than that, however.
For once a revolution in a cyberpunk setting prevailed
It's quite refreshing

That game was super good! sadly it wasnt that long.
Glad there’s a sequel in the works
That Tom Bose fight was the hardest level of any video game I have ever played
now there is part 2
You're supposed to replay it. To me, it's a 100 hr. game.
Kinda annoyed she called him ghost runner right after that "my name is Jack" line
Yeah

I though I was the only one😭
@@saiga3115 it Also mirrors how she reacts to when you first contact her. “The Ghostrunner? Jack! You’re awake!”

The "the ghost runner" gave me HEAVY chills
Just a pure fun (except the cyber void sh*t)
yeah couldn't agree more, also I enjoyed the normal enemies more than the boss fights
@@abdou9383 yeah I hated the final boss the most but the first boss was okay tho I lied the idea
Pure fun turning into pure rage
