Draugen is a good example of a game that keep a lot from the player but still deliver message, story, answers, atmosphere... But I know not everyone agree
From Software made Deracine for PSVR a number of years ago. It's not quite the same as Echo Night, but they definitely have adventure gaming still left within them somewhere. Deracine was a fantastic game for atmosphere and if you ever get PSVR, I highly recommend it. Hopefully it will be ported to PSVR2. I'm not counting on it though.
from what i played of this game i really liked it and i do plan on playing through its entirety so unfortunately i wont be watching the spoiler stuff in this video but i do like a good portion of fromsoft games even the ones before dark souls
