    That was awesome Baxter! All said and done, Jack White is a blues man at heart. Really cool to see how you bring your own artistry to life through his tools. I had the chance to play his guitar and amp (replicas of course) and was completely overwhelmed and didn't even know where to start - this is an awesome example and very inspiring.

    I feel like Les Paul, the man, would approve! Looks like a tuxedo, quirky electronics, and probably versatile
    I think I’d want to move the wide range to the middle and the p-90 to the neck

    It's a little busy looking, but still cool looking. It's very much what I'd expect from Jack. I'm a big fan, I fell for his material the first time I heard "fell in love with a girl." I don't get GAS for many signature models, but this one is so different you couldn't find these features elsewhere. Great job, Jack. Hopefully, they'll release a $1500 Mexican version.

      That was not a production model - it was a prototype Jazzmaster that John broke testing the Knife Drop pedal. The mechanism is different.

  • @PaulEldridge1
    @PaulEldridge1 13 днів тому

    Wow! There's no doubt this unit was well thought out - it also tells a story about an excellent guitarist. Obviously, the way it looks will cause a divide - but that's really not what it's all about. Goes without saying (yet I do....) Baxter's demo was cool (I think he likes it!).

    I used to have an EVH 5150 that had a "stutter switch" which is just a kill switch and it was ridiculously fun to play around with. I would buy this guitar right this minute if it wasn't $3500. I want to go to a shop and try one out though as soon as they are available. Also, great playing as always Baxter! Thanks guys!!!

    I put a hipshot detuner on my strat. Had one on a jazz bass 15 years ago when I was primarily a bass player. Having to go from standard to drop D on a bunch of 90's punk/pumpkins songs was annoying to me. Once you get the hang of that detuner, learn its quirks and such, its rock solid. Love that thing.

  • @Noloveforspectre

    Although i dont listen to Jack since the White Stripes...this guitar is fucking dope i almost never expected him to get a signature guitar, especially one that wasnt an old Valco Airline and especially a Fender..but i did figure he would make his own guitar company one day because hes so into mods...
    I expected a Gretsch signature for JW before anything... But i hope he keeps building awesome guitars and makes his own company eventually.
    That amp is super dope too GO JACK!
    Also please write good music again!!

  • @BXGuitars

    Ok, so the funny thing about the advertising of this guitar is on Fender's website: "White powder coat finish added rugged durability and iconic looks..........." but then in the case it's saying it will chip and it's supposed to?
    I get that things will age over time but it feels odd that in one hand they are saying it's for durability and on the other saying it's purely aesthetic. It's definitely an interesting paintbrush of a guitar for sure.

    • @CasinoGuitars
      @CasinoGuitars  17 днів тому

    Excellent playing as always, but I cannot hear what is different sonically from other Fenders. Sounds very Stratocaster but looks like a Cold War Soviet electric.

  • @xray606
    @xray606 17 днів тому

    I know Fender doesn't want to annoy the boomer crowd, but... I think they could be a little more creative, without doing that. They don't have to come out with crazy, pointy, rainbow colored stuff. But if they just added another one or two strings to a normal Strat, I would absolutely get those. Right now Fender is still the best deal for US made options. I just got a Pro II Precision that far exceeds the one I had from the 80s. That thing was junk.

  • @Cystemx
