Slimming World Cheesy Chips - FREE (if using Healthy extra A)

Serves 4
Add 6 Syns (unless using Mature Cheddar Cheese as a Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice)
1.2kg large floury potatoes, preferably Maris Piper, peeled and cut into thick chips
low-calorie cooking spray
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
120g mature Cheddar, grated
Preheat your oven to 240°C/fan 220°C/gas 9 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Boil the chips in lightly salted water for 5 minutes, then drain well in a colander. While the chips are still in the colander, spray them with Frylight and toss until lightly coated.
Scatter the chips over the baking tray in a single layer and season with salt and lots of black pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the chips with a spatula, spray with more Frylight and return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Divide the chips between four individual ovenproof dishes and sprinkle with the cheese. Return to the oven for a final 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts. Serve straight away

Sal said you're allowed 'a' healthy extra A choice per day - i.e. singular. Had this changed? I thought you were allowed 2 x Healthy Extra A choice per day?
