      It happens to majority of us. I've seen it way to many times to even count. They leave us who literally are loyal, honest... I mean just ride or die for whatever whenever. She could have been on an alternate reality show called Happily Married, but greed made her end up in a terrible reality show. She destroyed her own happiness. That's the sad reality.
      No amount of money can buy back the miserable year's she will waste in prison. Sadly, her parents will suffer too. They did nothing wrong and now will weep because they have a child in prison. The whole thing is awful.

    I'm sure those officers were getting sick and tired of repeatedly having to search every square inch of Michael's property. When they finally found the candy they could of easily thrown the book at him since he was on probation and the officers had to of known if they just arrested him it would finally put an end to all the searches. I just want to say, good for you for turning your life around! Its not easy, I know first hand. I have a similar story to you where I was put in jail (roughly ten years ago now) and having that experience made me realise that it was not the life I wanted for myself. I had a rough childhood where I was homeless and living on the streets and in refuges since I was 14 years old so I ended up getting mixed up with some bad people who were doing bad things. I had been arrested a couple of times before I was finally put in jail but going to jail was a real wake up call. I am glad that I was ultimately incarcerated because if I hadn't been, I really doubt whether I would have ever turned my life around! Sometimes rehabilitation in the form of a jail sentence really works and that was the case for me. I know it can be hard to turn your life around and I have seen many people attempt to do so unsuccessfully so again , good for you for being able to change your life for the better!

Not only was no one harmed, but the perpetrator was caught so red handed, filmed, and made a huge laughing example of. There needs to be a study done on Mr. Ballen’s story telling abilities. This happened in my city and it was the biggest story for a long time. That dramatic fake breakdown is ingrained in my mind. And yet, I got about 17 minutes in before I realized what case this was. Mind blown. I’ve heard a lot of these stories told on some of the best true crime podcast out there (Morbid, Rotten Mango) but I still listen every time because the way he tells stories is so perfect for my ADHD brain. And the pics help so much! I love this show and I love the morbid girls so much for putting me onto it.

    You forgot to add one of the best parts -- she called him from jail pleading for his help. She is one of the most sociopathic people I've ever read about but that call from jail was hilarious. She was getting upset with him because her plot to have him killed failed and now he wasn't helping her get out of jail. The phone call audio from when she was in jail is classic. Even though she was caught on video soliciting to have her husband killed, she kept denying that she ever did that despite the clear video evidence. The amount of mental gymnastics one would have to do to actually believe that is incomprehensible -- she really was crazy.

      @@ranran8934 I'm sorry but leaving cheating/leaving your ex partner, for someone else does NOT validate being almost murdered by someone awful. You're the type that probably thinks a cheater deserves to die, because well, "tHaTs hIs KaRmA". Na.. That's a shitty mindset to have. Innocent people, despite the poor choices they made before, don't deserve this type of "karma".

    I've seen all the footage there is to find about this case. Her meeting up with the undercover policeman, the interrogation, the moment she arrived at the station and saw her husband there.. Everything. It's so fascinating and so evil. Props to the police for setting this whole thing up. 👏

    Awww, you missed the best part of this story: after Dalia's been booked and processed in jail, she gets her one phone call, and she phones Michael to yell at him and demand that he come down and fix everything. SHE ACTUALLY PHONED THE MAN SHE TRIED TO HAVE KILLED TO DEMAND HE GET HER OUT OF JAIL. Fortunately, he didn't, and when he refused she got even angrier, and he just let her wallow in her impotent rage. It's an amazing call to listen to.

    The fact that she thought her ex would know how to get her a hit man is wild especially since he went the complete opposite direction and went to the police for help. She has to be completely nuts.

    • @toddjohnson7572
      @toddjohnson7572 2 роки тому +3

      I don't think it's that wild. She's, well, pretty crazy. Got hitched with a guy who's a former criminal -- so not shocking she'd have an ex-bf who she kept in distant touch with, who knew some really wacky people. Like telling him many times making up bad stuff as much as possible about her new husband... and them talking and she getting the feeling he wanted her again (not a shocker; she is hot) and him wanting to... and telling him after a while "I know you knew this one guy who was involved with guys where there were hitmen... well, look, could you get one of them for me?"
      Not crazy thinking on her part. I mean, I can't think of a way easier way. I think they took them out of the Yellow Pages. :)

      You had to look at her MO. She had an affair with a "bad boy" then married him. I can't help but think that she's drawn to that type. Possibly she loves the danger, as I did as a young girl. Certainly she loves the money that comes with a criminal lifestyle. Certainly she got bored with a criminal turned legit business man. Perhaps she thought the ex was a "bad boy" and figured he could set it up. She's certainly beautiful. Probably gets her way a lot, who knows.
