Hey Tatiana, I watched your video and many others, unfortunately I didn’t find the answer I’m looking for, it’s all the same information, I will ask the same question that I asked them.
I know Amazon wants a credit card that has a history and nothing new, that being said can someone add his personal credit card with history yet a different bank or a new bank for the transaction

It's first time that I motavate by you I will start fba Amazon
6:13 regarding new companies / new bank accounts, Amazon says about business licenses - " must be valid for atleast 45 days from the time of registration". So, if anyone is planning to form a company - should plan 45 days ahead before signing up in seller central, I guess. Great info Tatiana as always!

Working with Amazon is a privilege, considering that they offer a great way for individuals to start their own business and make money utilizing their distribution centers. You have to play by their rules or you don't get to play.

The problem is not all of their rules are published. They can kick you for any reason even if they just don’t like your name.
Thanks for the information! Wish I had this video a month ago. I literally wrote my appeal as "not really sure what I did but I think I fixed it?" before knowing how robust/professional people make their responses. Ugh, you live and you learn! (And no, they didn't accept that appeal ;) )
I just went through changing my entity for the EU markets recently. I originally registered with a different company that I didn't end up setting up a full LLC for but wanted to register with my LLC later. Took me over a month to get it fixed but in case anyone comes across this, you can talk to them over chat to get them to re-enable the Entity field editing OR you can open a case with support requesting that they enable editing for you. If you walk through the issues with them over chat just be aware that they're 8 hours or so ahead of us, so you may have to wake up at 7am to catch them, but it's worth it to have them talk you through any other Account Verification issues you may be having.
I was trying to use my EIN number, for example, but had no idea I kept getting rejected because in my state the EIN number is issued on a different document than my Articles of Organization and they needed the field to match up with the Entity Id from my Articles document.
Anyway, hope this helps other folks!

Hi Jazz, Many thanks for this tip, but how can you get on chat to amazon? They didn't verity/approve my account application. I am now trying to get them to reconsider my documents (which I have initially submitted in the wrong format) but all I can get from them are automated replies which don't resolve the situation and is quite frustrating.

If you look at the bottom there are tabs that allow you to select a "Call" or "Chat" and if you're in the USA, you can only do the chat feature or email because the number is a UK number.
Carla Goncalves beyond frustrating, same thing happened to me. Where you able to get it verified? I set up a new account under a new name and telephone number and recently sent a request to close my other account and praying to God that it doesn’t raise any flags for my new account. Not an expert here but maybe you should close your account first(I should have done that first😒) and then set up a new account with fresh email and number! Disclaimer: do your research before taking my advice

I know this is late but it takes about a week to get your account verified. But if you plan to have your supplier ship straight to Amazon you have to start the order and shipment on your account and send the shipping information to your supplier so they can send the products to the right place/places

So, I made an account and uploaded a picture of my bank statement. They said it didn't show the bank logo which it did but not in color. So I uploaded it again and they basically blocked me. I apologized and asked what I can do further because I've done everything I could think of and they basically blocked me.... so I wasn't able yo get back into that account to change anything at all (that's why I think they blocked me) so I made a new one..... I really hope this goes well and I get approved because of not. I'm screwed.

I do have a follow up question on one of the points you made. When you first creat a professional account, it asks you what type of business am I (“none, I am an individual”, “charity”, “private owned business”, “publicly owned business”, “state owned business”)
What do you recommend I chose? I do not have a set business name yet. But I would like to sell selling. Do you suggest I wait and make a company name or use my own name and click “none, I am an individual” business type option? (I am located in NYC)

Hi Tatiana, first, I would like to thank you for the very informative video. I had already created a merch by Amazon account in 2018, to create designs to be printed on T shirts. Because I didn't really have knowledge how to generate income, and after years I just assumed my account would be closed. After watching this video I went back to try and log on to my account and I was able to get in. I would like to do drop shipping business using Amazon. Can I convert my old account to the new type I want or do I need to create a new account specific for drop shipping? Thank you for your support!

If you sign up as a business Llc and they ask for a utility bill and it has to have the same name on it as the business and the same address how are you suppose to have a utility bill as a online business when you don’t have a business location to pay for utility bills ? I think Amazon changed how they verify your address. I just signed up for my FBA seller account they required a picture of my Driver’s License front and back, 1 bank statement, and to verify my address they mailed a letter to my address with a code that I had to then submit. It took about a week to receive the letter
P.S they do not under any circumstances accept screen shots so definitely download your bank statement and then upload it to the application

Hi Tatiana, Just to let you know in Amazon Europe is possible to change the company but works different than US, we just have an option on the seller central to transfer the business entity and now is just easy as US but it wasn’t simple like that some months ago
But even as business entities..if business is home based - i don't want my address shown? Is there anyway we can use po box instead? .... also, setting up seller account, will it link to my personal account when I buy stuff
You can use a virtual business address so your personal address isn’t shown.

another question is how to estimate what would be better - an amazon fba store (with prime or without) and a shop on a different platform (beyond the known fact about more control and CS quality as well as newsletter / community base). for those who do not have yet a newsletter and a big pool of people waiting for those products.
What I don't like about amazon as a buyer is that often some products come in a defective box / with a defective cover (if a book) or something just is not working. I rarely return products but of course would want make sure my items are in the best possible shape. How much control over that a seller has after the items have been shipped to the inventory storage?

I’m in the US, applied provided my info than in 2 weeks was approved but within 5 minutes of charging my card they deactivated me. It was so weird because I didn’t even upload anything.
They approve you but you have to submit all documents otherwise your listings won't show and they'll take your 1st payment without all documents being submitted

I just reactivated it a few weeks ago because I want to sell my Etsy stuff on Amazon as well. If I need to make a bunch of changes to the account like my new business name, new business bank account, new store name, new email, new married name, new address *and* add my LLC...how do you suggest I do this without getting shut down? I heard in your video that you mentioned it's best not to make a lot of changes when updating a new account b/c Amazon could suspend it? Would LOVE your advice on this very much 🙏🙏

I had an account in 2014 that was deactivated for non shipments. I can not locate my deactivation letter and no where in my seller account can I find a copy of anything. Account health show good but I can not seem to get my account back. I sent appeal last week but no reply. Is there a way to speak to anyone in the seller central department?

I have a question if anyone can help! I’m trying to setup my account but I cannot connect my phone # to the sellers account since it’s already connected to my regular Amazon account. I asked Amazon for help but they just keep telling me I need a new number with a new email for the sellers account. Any suggestions? Do I need a whole other phone just for this? I don’t want to use a family members because if FBA goes well for me, I’d like for them to try it as well.

So quick question. We have a personal Amazon account that we use for purchaing on Amazon. We also about a year ago created a company amazon account for doing Print on demand Shirts through the Merch by Amazon program. Should we just go ahead and start a new account in my wife’s personal name if we want to do FBA. Or to we have to log in usinng our personal account or the company account used for Merch by Amazon, which never took off really. However our Merch by Amazon did completely get approved and banking info got all set up. I just do not want to do the wrong thing.

What if a few weeks ago I was trying to create an Amazon seller account but I didn't finish it, in the option where Amazon asks you if you want to sell as an individual or a company was where I stopped and said why not better make an LLC before? so I stopped what I was doing and closed the page, is that valid as an existing account?

Hello, can you use your personal bank account first to set up amazon selling. Also, I had an amazon account and set up amazon selling but the services says individual when I am trying to to do amazon fba. Can I change this later and need to complete the process again? My amazon account is currently deactivated because it is asking for more identity verification. I live with my parents and so they are asking for a utility bill but my name isn't on it. Great video, Tatiana. I was actually waiting to sell on Amazon because of the fees, but for now I do not intend to use FBA in the beginning, so I could go for the individual account first then upgrade it to a professional one later, having in mind your tips on that.
The only problem I do face is that I am the "nomad" type as you've mentioned so I don't have utility bills on my name. That will cause a huge delay.

I am living in Australia 🇦🇺 as a Permanent Resident but i am an Indian Citizen & Indian Passport holder. To open a professional Amazon seller central account for My Proprietary limited company (Pty Ltd) which is registered in Australia. So What i am confused here is My company business bank account everything is australian address but when it comes to primary contact or owners Identity i am having Indian passport that have indian residential address. So does it mismatch address? Also I don’t have a business credit card but i have a personal credit card in australia so does it have to be a business credit card or can i use the personal credit card ?

Hi Tatiana, I'm trying to open an individual account but is not letting me proceed. I'm stuck in the address. I used my home address not sure if this is an issue and they prefer a PO Box or a virtual mailbox. I already have a regular Amazon account which I use to purchase my personal stuff so I'm not sure if this is a problem because now I have 2 accounts.
So if I have a product I want to be able to send from my house if Im approved to sell it, then I cam bypass the FBA of it? My parents have a barbecue sauce business and they've done it all legally but they don't sell on the internet yet. They sell in mom and pop shops. Im trying to research for myself about FBA, but also asking for them.
Hello Tatiana! unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to purchase the course asm 12. I am working REALLY hard and am putting money aside for the next course. It is almost certain that the doors to this course will still open and that you will have asm 13, right?

Hello Tatiana. This question concerns contact with Amazon after submission of documents. If, Amazon contacts me requesting something, will it be easy for me to reply. I say this because Seller Central rarely replies to anyone who hasn't got a sellers account.
Even if your questions are about registration (they return an email stating they don't recognise your log in details). I suppose its different once I've started the registration process.
Thank you, I wish someone had explained this earlier. I already have samples and a supplier lined up and now stalled trying to get my account verified with utility bill. I didn’t know you had to have your own utility bill in your name in order to sell. I live with family so it’s a problem. I’ve tried everything and now looks like I’ll have to wait a month until a bill changed to my name comes in. I had to impose this on my husband’s family which I don’t feel is right of Amazon to expect. Meanwhile supplier’s waiting. Not a good place to be. I can only hope when I can finally submit the bill it gets approved.

Please help. I register as individual seller on Amazon and now Amazon is asking me to register as Uk sole proprietor. I sell a few item a month at the moment not even up to 10 items. They says my item I have listed is new so I have to register as business. I did not sign up as a business as I don’t have any company registered in my name. Hey Tatiana, in this video you said it's not a good idea to open a second account. I've opened my seller central account only to realize after that the country where I'm currently living isn't on the list of countries allowed to sell on Amazon (so I'm suspended), BUT my origin country is on the list! Unfortunately, I have already submitted all the documents with my info from the country where I'm living, but I thought I could give it a shot a submit again all the documents, but with the info from my origin country this time. If i open the seller account as an individual, how am I protected of any damage my products might cause to the consumer. Do i need to buy insurance or does Amazon offer protection
I have 3 different seller accounts that I set up by accident, YES by accident. I was logged into my regular buyer amazon acct then another day when I tried to visit SC it kept that info when I thought I was logged in with my other details, then I have one from over a year ago. I am finally ready to start selling and I don't know what to do with these 3 accts, they keep logging into the wrong one in my browser. Should I ask amazon to delete 2 of them? Thanks!
I’ve been approved! But I can’t get past their brand registry exemption. I am creating and manufacturing my own product and created my own “brand name/logo” on the packaging. I followed directions contacting customer support and sending photos without approval. Any suggestions Tatiana? Thank you for your great videos!

Hi Tatiana. Always a great informative show. I have watched many of your videos but none of them discuss step by step information of creating your seller central account. I have an old seller central account which I just re activated Paid the fees and finished the Tax interview but now am stuck on the product questions such as will my products have upc's, do i own the brand, how many products do I plan to sell etc. questions. Can you please help me get past this step.

i live in Italy and i want to sell only on Amazon USA, should i have to set up a company in italy? or an individual seller type account providing my legal documents and italian legal tax id is enough? Thanks. keep it up ,
