I’ve been practicing xing yi for 8 years and doing bagua and wing chun. Xing yi was used to protect merchants on the roads an if they were spotted the thrives would flee and bagua was the Royal guard in China both are very dangerous and build the body mind up. San ti post training is very important to build chi an a single intense focus. As I was taught tai chi is you asking for god will be done as xing yi is my will. Will be done here a now.
