hahaha I am glad it was easy to understand. My first time doing it and I didn't know exactly what I was doing. I have improved greatly since then and have others videos on resin that I feel are much easier to follow. Hahahahah You are so welcome for the prayers. God bless you and yours!

Wow!! All of your earrings turned out so cute!! Thanks for being a trooper and experimenting with us!! I’ve wanted to try resin, but was too chicken. Lol!
Thank you so much for the creativity prayer. I’m a jewelry maker myself. You are just the best and a bright spot in my day!💗

Hey this is Regina, in order to get out bubbles you take a lighter like one that you would light a grill with and kinda go over the top of the resin not touching it but just for a second like a sweeping motion it should get most of not all of the bubbles out, do this after you pour the resin into your molds,it doesn't take much !

You know you explained it way better than the instructions did. Thank you so much for sharing. I am excited to try that the next time I do Resin jewelry.

You can use a torch as well to pop the bubbles. It works way better.

Honest moment. First time watching you, and I subscribed because of your ending 💜 it's so hard to find good Christian UA-camrs worthy of a follow 💐 Thank you for that. I actually got the kit for necklaces by the same company and your video came up. (of course I made mine before searching for a video on them to make sure I do them right 😅) You actually did the same thing I did 😆 made enough for every part of the mould 😀 I added a paper printout of a rose, and forgot to turn it around after seeing if it would fit 😅😅😩 I have a few more hours before I get to take them out of the mould...I hope mine are as good as yours 💜 take care! God Bless 💜

Your comment made my day!!! Thank you for taking the time to write and have an honest moment with me! I am honored!
Oh my word it is so frustrating when you switch things around. Resin isn't always as forgiving as making jewelry with beads. Hope it all turned out well.
I have become obsessed with resin since this kit and made a couple more videos about it. I just can't get enough of it.
Have a wonderful day. God bless you Miranda!

Any idea why I have so much trouble threading my jump ring into my pieces? It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried different sizes and I always have this issue getting them through the holes in the resin piece.

Did they have a chemical smell? They came out so pretty.

      Hello hello 👋
So this was my very first time doing resin and since then I have learned a lot and have made more videos.
All epoxy resin has a smell even if the company claims they don’t. And epoxy resin is a chemical so you need protective gear. So you need to be getting a respirator when working with it. And use gloves at all times and even wear clothes you don’t mind ruining but resin will and does run clothes.
So long story: yes it smells but all epoxy resin does.

Did it stink bad? Did you wear a mask?

    • @DezyJewelry
      @DezyJewelry  2 роки тому

I can’t remember if it stunk bad or not. But you need to wear a mask no matter how bad the epoxy you ares using stinks. Make sure you can open a window or are in a well ventilated area. The chemicals are so bad for you and they affect everyone differently so do everything you can to be safe.
