Manuel Amezcua - My daughter learned sign language so that she could work as an aide in a school for the deaf. Most of the kids aren't deaf but they all come from deaf homes - both parents deaf, in some cases grandparents deaf as well. So what this school does is prepare these kids for regular school; teaching them how to talk properly and slowly weaning them off of using sign language with everyone. They will still use it at home, of course, but in regular schools they won't need it.
I have 2 daughters, biologically not mine but sure as the sun shines they are my girls and I’d give my all and my everything for them, as well as my 2 sons. Blood means nothing as I believe it’s the actions and the dedication and responsibilities that make the man a Dad. I can’t promise to love them for all their life but I will promise to Love them for the rest of mine.
What got me was one he did so great and looked like he put slot a time into it. But what really got to me was her husband didn't even blink a eye showed no emotion what so ever and when she cried didn't even comfort her. He was like a statue.
My daddy loved me that way, I was beyond blessed. He was diagnosed with Lewy Body Demetia, and in the spring of 2019 he moved in with me. God blessed me with 9 months of love, laughter, tears and the blessings of taking care of him. We had so many beautiful moments. And a couple crazy nights ( sun downers). On November 15 2019 my pops lost his fight and momma and the lord were here to guide him home. 78 yrs old, a Navy Veteran and the greatest pops of all time. I miss him every day. God bless you all.

Im sorry you dont. There are more significant people in your life that you must feel so happy to have. Im 63 and i did have a good father until i was 17. Sadly i cant say the same of my mother. I recently lost my youngest brother. I wished i had a better relationship with some of my family, but never mourn what never was. It just stops you from loving whats right in front of you.

This makes me cry every time I watch it. I can see the Dad sitting in his garage or his room at night and struggling to learn the signs but determined that he will be singing that song at her wedding. The thing that bothered me was the new husband not smiling at all. He seemed bored all through it and didn't acknowledge the father, didn't hug his wife while she watched, or stand up to shake the Dad's hand and thank him. I would have been a total bawling mess if my father had done this.
