Is there enough clearance to put the multi grip topper bar on the wall above the stringer?
The Topper Bar is not compatible with this rack. Sorry!
Does this drag along the floor? ok for epoxy?
There is a slight drag but we suggest floor mats so that the floor won't potentially take any damage.

Do my floors have to be leveled? Most garages are not
No, they do not need to be level. This rack works the same on level surfaces as it does on slightly sloped surfaces that you'd find in a garage. The uprights and crossmembers can be lifted, so that they move in and out smoothly.
