Sequencers like SQ64, Oxi and Hermod etc are more programmatic. This one is simple and good for performance imo. I mean this was my first go without rtfm
I haven’t tried them on the RD9 but my immediate reaction is that I really like them. They’re subtly clicky and not too deep imo. I like that you can do a sweep with one finger to press several buttons quickly
Nice. Thinking about the the rd9 myself
Although the korg sq64 also looks tasty also.

that's proper techno man!
Thanks bro 🙌
Nice ! How are the Buttons? As bad as on the RD9? I really didn't like the buttons on the RD9 ( not tactile at all)

I've been wondering the same thing. I saw the rd8 in person and was disappointed how terrible the step sequencer felt
Does MIDI velocity control accent?
I dunno bro. In what scenario would you use that?

Hey, nice jam! Does the RD-9 send accents through 5 pin MIDI OUT? Or is it just midi notes and sync? Thanks
Thx! Tried looking into this but can’t find an answer. Not something I’m gonna use tho
@@YukioBergholdt Ok, thanks. Just bear in mind that midi and triggers work together. This means that you can use 2 copies for each track!
