    I just learned so much! Just ordered the same model but for my house. Only because I’m tired of chewing through 300$ juicers.

    Got my CS700 last week and I love it so far! My almonds have been soaking since yesterday so I'm looking forward to my first batch...Question since it's almost cider season, which mixture of apples do you think is best? In the past, I've used Gala, Fuji, and Granny Smith. It's a little sweet but pretty good!

    Hey Lauren i have a very urgent question. As you might remember from previous questions, I'm starting my own Juice Truck Business here in Germany and i just found out yesterday that some people in my town who already have money, are starting a very similar business but not a truck, it's a store. And they are opening very soon. I'm just shocked and don't know how to deal with this

      Beatbreaker34 ... it’s a big umbrella. We can all fit under it.
      You may have to do more research and find how you can differentiate. Passion can trump money.

      Awesome response below! Serving what you love and serving it to the best of your ability will shine through in your products. It might seem scary but there is more than enough business to go around. Trucks have a huge advantage. You can go where the people are. You can do the sales at one event or market that a brick and mortar would do with foot traffic. Have some faith in your product and vision and you’ll do just fine!

    I been making almond milk in my kuving C700, and I get my almonds from sams club, the cheaper ones.. But I notice that my almond milk life shell life is only 1day, even with the sea salt.. my question is do u think the quality or brand of almond makes a difference in shelve life ? Great videos by the way.. I’m a new subscriber and learn a lot so far

      Could be the almonds.. could be the water. Definitely optimizing those two things will yield a higher shelf life.

      I agree it could be the almonds.

    I am wanting to buy your ebook when I have more cash - just applied for a $5000 grant to help me get an M1. Can you cold press almonds after you grind them? Is that a silly question? Haha if I invest in an M1 and can't make almond milk I'll be sad!

      Awesome congrats! You can definitely make almond milk on the m-1. Search “Goodnature m-1 almond milk” my videos will pop up :)

    Do you ever make oat or coconut milk?

    • @LaurenMattice
      @LaurenMattice  3 роки тому +1

      We’ve tried oat milk a few times and it never turns out. Never tried coconuts, not much tropical produce available where we are.

      Try blanching your almonds. The skin is hard to digest and can often cause your almond milk to taste more bitter.

    okay so I bought this CAYNEL SLOW MASTICATING juicer on your rec, but I have to say, I really don't care for it! The celery keeps getting stuck in the little hole that dispenses the pulp. Anyone have any suggestions? It's already too late to get my money back. It doesn't do too well with stringy vegetables and you can't do too many vegetables at a time. I just wish the pulp wouldn't get so stuck and I could do as many veggies as I want. And anyone have any suggestions on easy ways to clean the filter part?

    • @familygmail4962
      @familygmail4962 3 роки тому

      Celery and leafy vegetables juice better when you chop them up. That way the strings don’t clog it up. It also helps to alternate the fruits and/or vegetables as you juice so the harder stuff is pushing through the softer stuff.

    • @the_shadow_healer
      @the_shadow_healer 2 роки тому

      Also always soak your veggies in water before juicing, helps with the pulp not getting stuck.
