This is essirr than what i was taught, that had me doing 2 double crochets in 4 stitches and double crochet 2 together 4 times with the 3 stitches between. Thank you
Same for me. I always look forward to his videos. This is the first pattern I ever followed and first adult size blanket I ever made. The only difference was I crocheted it in BLO for the entire blanket so it had lots of texture. I was 13 and made it for my best friend’s birthday. She was into rainbows and unicorns (it was back in the 1980’s, funny how it has all come around again). I made it in rainbow colors, 20 rows per color repeat and it was for a double bed. All these years later, she still has this blanket, which amazes me, and even better it has really held up, none of the ends have come out, etc. I am so glad others love this pattern too.
Yes Love this I'm going to make a Vest, 2 pieces right and left, Open in front, Beautiful thank you Sweetie. Loved Spending time With You, Always a Pleasure from South Louisiana bayou country 🌷🌷🌷🌷
I absolutely love this! You are such a great teacher. I love how you use lighter color yarn to show the stitches and your camera is in the perfect position!👍 You take your time, you don't rush. Not to mention that you have a very calming voice 😊 I love watching you anytime. I love the colorway of your scarf! I have never seen this colorway anywhere by me. Thank you again for all you share with us! Wishing you a wonderful blessed day 🙏🏻🤗💖
Hi mine name is Susan Aikman I am also a beginner. I was making 6 circkle from Jan Eaton books and another 3 books and a little magazine. This is my also my fav stitch 😊😊😊
Love your tutorials you come across so clear, just finished a cowl in the star stitch I is very pretty! I will give this chevron stitch might be a blanket if I like it😊🧶 again a big thanks from Alberta 🇨🇦
Love this. I think I will make a afghan like this next after I finish your granny ripple afghan pattern. I started on the third and only have 4 color blocks of 4 rows to go. I always wanted to make one of those granny ripple afghan pattern.. but never found the right pattern till I found yours. Thank you Craig!!
Love this stitch!!! I always used a pattern from long ago. It had large holes. This is fantastic! NO HOLES and you explain everything so clearly! Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️
Happy new year to you and your mom, I will use this pattern to make lapgan for seniors at my local hospital who are waiting for placement at a long term care facility, this is great as it will use up most of my scraps
Hi..me again. I just wanted to mention that when joining in the 3rd turning chain its much easier for me ( and maybe others) to turn the chain over and slip into the back bump..then turn it back and proceed with the pattern. 💘 🐑 ( love ewe)
This is a nice easy chevron or ripple stitch. Many years ago, 47 to be accurate, I made a ripped baby blanket, easy mindless pattern I worked it every afternoon after work and while dinner cooked. I watched M.A.S.H. reruns while I crochet. Well, my initial width was 38". But by the time it was 27" long, my width had shrunk to about 20" wide. Lots of frogging and no more M.A.S.H. while I crocheted. The multicolor afghan wrapped my daughter well and was a joy every day. Lesson learned, be mindful of you crochet tension. It was a fun project.
Love this ❤. I'd love to see it on you, for length and how you wear it. I love wide and long scarfs. Thanks for another amazing tutorial. Making the granny square ripple scarf too 😊. Hug from a wintery evening in Tasmania 💞
Thank. You. For. This. Video. You. Are. A. Great. Teacher. I. Plan. On. Making. A. Blanket. Using. This. Pattern. Soon. I. Wish. You. A. Very. Happy. And. Healthy. New. Year
I have lots of beautiful yarn in my stash that I need to use. The craft club I belong to donates lapghans to local long term care and hospice. I have given myself a goal of at least one lapghan a month. Already have donated 2 for this year. I wanted to do a ripple but something a little different. Love love this wavy ripple and it's perfect for my March project. Thank you for another great tutorial.

@@sandybeachgirl5374 I did a swatch and with using 4ply yarn and size H hook you I got a swatch that 12 inches wide. I want a blanket that is approximately 5 feet wide so I’m chaining 213 stitches. 210 + 3. I hope this helps you.

Love all your shawls, but wanted to know if you have a tutorial that has a very long wing span but shorter in the center from top to bottom. Thank you!!
When you start the row is it OK to use the back bump and have a finished edge on the edge of the scarf?
LIKE 👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽 👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿 ❤ ❤ ❤ 😻😻😻😻
Does this pattern come in a shawl ?
My bottom row rolling up, you think my chain stich too tight? Start over? Frog it?
Mine rolled a bit too, I think its the nature of the beast, uh stitch, lol.
@@FiberSpider good to know, love ya love this stitch its Beautiful and fun 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
