I keep it in the fridge :) if you want it crispy again you just pan fry it a little bit .. if you have a non stick you don't need to add oil either. Next video will be a new meal prep 🥰

Hi, I noticed for some recipes on your app you'll say servings but then on other recipes you'll say one batch and I was wondering how many servings is a batch?
I understand it can be confusing.. It depends on what you will have them for, like pickled red cabbage, it's hard to put that into servings.. However, I have now changed in the app in the meal plan what 1 batch equals in servings :) Hope it helps.
Several reasons, because the flavors come out better, my daughter gets more calories per bite, and I don't like looking at it black and white. What I mean is that if you already eat whole food plant based majority of the time, some oil in a dinner won't harm me or my family :) Maybe I can explain the the recipes better that most 90% of the meals can be cooked without oil indeed. Like sautéing in water, dry roast in the oven etc
You don't have to, but since there's a little cooking required to that meal I suggest doing it in the evening since most people are not at home and can cook during the day :)

Thank you! Honestly I don't care about those allegations against seed oils since (according to Swedish sources) there are no good scientific evidence for that. In Sweden seed oils are recommended, funny enough. However, I'm not a Big fan of oil overall, I think it's better to use less oil (no matter what oil) because it's very dense in calories but low in nutrition. I rather eat more fat from whole foods. With that said, yes I'm cooking with oil but not every meal or just use it sparingly. Hope this helps :)

Would like to learn how you keep your white ladle looking clean and new, mine get stained easily.
Put it in water immediately after used it, especially tomato and turmeric based foods :) after a few dishes they are clean again hehe
