I can recommend the brownies! If you have a sweet tooth like me (and depending on what brand of tahini you use), you might want to add just a tiny amount of vanilla powder/extract and Agave sirup to the mix to make it a bit sweeter. They were really delicious! Thanks Alexandra 🙂

Thank you so much for this. I won't be vegan, but I trying to incorporate healthy plants into my diet. From someone who grew up in the Midwest, with lots of processed food, butter, fast food and no role model on how or what eating healthy looks like, this video is so unbelievably helpful. I am slowly trying to eat more plants and nutritious meals, learning what that even looks like. You showing how to do this, for me to even take just one meal to start incorporating is doable for me. Thank you for your help.

Mostly using stainless steel nowadays actually :) can be a little tricky in the beginning. But there are great UA-cam videos out there if you search "stainless steel non stick guide"

I made quinoa instead of rice for more protein but I have to say the curry was out of this world ! It was so delicious❤. Do you have meal preps/ plans like this on your app ?

I keep it in the fridge :) if you want it crispy again you just pan fry it a little bit .. if you have a non stick you don't need to add oil either. Next video will be a new meal prep 🥰

Can I use regular yellow onion instead of scallions for the curry? I can't find scallions where I live :') Otherwise, this meal prep plan looks amazing! Can't wait to try some of the recipes.
Yes sure! Red onion or shallots would work great as well :)
Would like to learn how you keep your white ladle looking clean and new, mine get stained easily.
Put it in water immediately after used it, especially tomato and turmeric based foods :) after a few dishes they are clean again hehe

Yes! Haven't tried but I would say I'm 99% sure it would taste good with almond, peanut or cashew :)

Why you started to use oil? It was so good without and recommended to my clients. Now I cannot..
Several reasons, because the flavors come out better, my daughter gets more calories per bite, and I don't like looking at it black and white. What I mean is that if you already eat whole food plant based majority of the time, some oil in a dinner won't harm me or my family :) Maybe I can explain the the recipes better that most 90% of the meals can be cooked without oil indeed. Like sautéing in water, dry roast in the oven etc
Why do you need to eat meal with mushrooms in the evening?
You don't have to, but since there's a little cooking required to that meal I suggest doing it in the evening since most people are not at home and can cook during the day :)

I am really confused by all the contradictory information and would like your opinion on it, because I love your approach towards food🤍 like for example the wraps you use, do you check them on seed oils or don’t you mind?
Thank you! Honestly I don't care about those allegations against seed oils since (according to Swedish sources) there are no good scientific evidence for that. In Sweden seed oils are recommended, funny enough. However, I'm not a Big fan of oil overall, I think it's better to use less oil (no matter what oil) because it's very dense in calories but low in nutrition. I rather eat more fat from whole foods. With that said, yes I'm cooking with oil but not every meal or just use it sparingly. Hope this helps :)
