It's unfortunate that Suzi Quatro was though of as a "lightweight Pop Princess" during the 70s. Especially when you see the semi-talented, Autotune dependent, lip syncing Princesses (who call themselves "performers," because they lack the talent to be "musicians.") that Pop Music is infested with these days. I was never a huge fan, but I could appreciate Suzi's impressive musical talents. And yeah, she was one heck of a guitarist. Much better than you-know-who.
But Elvis' Version was a cover version ass well. Elvis never wrote a Song by him self. He stole a lot of Songs and never paid for them. That's the truth. But in telling Stories Elvis was very good. That at least is true.
