I was humming/listening to the first movement at work, and a customer overheard.
I'm starting to get nostalgia from the 1700s. Good times...
I used to be at my grandfathers house and listen to all sorts of classical and chamber music. They had no tv. Except for a small tv upstairs. Downstairs they had the living room and the family room. My grandma and grandpa would sit for hours on end and read these giant novels while listening to classical music. It gave me such a sense of culture. They loved to travel and read and listen to classical music. But were very down to earth people as well. They knew the value of hard work and hard love. I still miss them and listening to classical music is a way i can feel connected to them even after they have passed on.
im having the best time alone in my room , waving my hands , eyes closed , conducting this wonderful piece .
After listening this I am feeling like a rich man.
