The convention center shown that replaced the Salt Palace is not the correct convention center. The one shown is in Provo Utah. The Salt Palace was rebuilt as a convention center on the same site in downtown Salt Lake City.
I'll throw in a few more. The Garden in Cincy, Market Square in Indianoplace, The AUD in Buffalo, The Omni in ATL, The Arena in ST. Louis and last but not least, The Stadium in Chicago. I'm sure there are more.
the St Louis Hawks played there from 1955-68, but they left for Atlanta and the NBA never returned, so technically it didn't have an NBA team when it was demolished so I guess that is why it doesn't appear in the NBA list, but it should be in the NHL list
Chicago Stadium, Market Square Arena and The Omni are in Part I. The St. Louis Hawks played most of their games at Kiel Auditorium, on the present site of Enterprise Center.
The original Amway Arena, shown in this video was demolished. The new arena retained the naming rights of Amway, which has since been changed to the Kia Center.

The interior images you show of Amway Arena in Orlando are of its replacement, Amway Center, which still exists.
