Regarding the harman tuning and Crin, he explained in his video about this iem that it uses the dual DD configuration with real crossover. Basically, the idea is to let the 10mm DD taking care of 20-200hz like an actual subwoofer and the smaller DD taking care of the rest of the spectrum. Since people tend to like harman tuning, which has elevated bass, and they had a DD exclusively for Bass and another DD for mid-highs, which helps to achieve a flatter mid region, it seemed a great opportunity to aim for a $50 true harman tuning iem.
@@wiesolos Since the smaller driver is not reproducing sub 200hz, there's no low frequencies to "contaminate" the mids, this makes achieving a flatter mid much easier.

I have listened on foam tips for long time on T2s and currently using silicone, by my observations the bass is only thing affected and harshness on higher freq. is still there (in my case), EQ can balance it out though..hope this helps.
You are definitely not the only one who hears most IEMs are too brittle and forward sounding. Most every IEM I have tried (that is close to in ear Harman) sounds to me like there is a huge elevation from 3-5 kHz, like 7-10 dB more than it should be. Doing sine sweeps and compared to my HD650, Focal Clear MG, and HE-500, those over ear headphones have a normal response in the 3-5kHz region, whereas when I switch back all my IEMs, every single one of them is super elevated and shouty in that region. Only 3 IEMs sound somewhat correctly tuned to me, the Hifiman RE-400, Final Audio E5000, and the Senn IE800S. These all happen to have a dip in the 3-5kHz region, so no wonder. I always use EQ even with portable so it's not a major concern for me, but it kind of sucks that EQ is necessary or else most every IEM sounds wrong to my ears. But I'm glad someone else out there agrees Harman IEM target is much too forward sounding, it could be that our ear pinna and canal shapes are very similar.
The driver compliances and drivers made on that scale would take hours and hours to approach intended performance unless their really well reviewed samples.

Why is nobody talking about the blatant problem with these collabs, and that's that they can no longer review a similar set, or one for a similar price? How are we to be sure they aren't just going to try and shill theirs by judging unfairly or with bias?
Just ordered them. $42. Crin said that it is the Harman with a bass shelf. But if you are one of the fewer people who dislike the Harman curve, then there is no point in reviewing it. Plus, it is under $50, lol
If I was choosing between 2 very similar IEMs and struggling to decide, but one had a sexy anime girl and the other didn’t, I’d go for the ones without the sexy anime girl. Mainly because I don’t want my wife to judge me when I open it

The anime girl thing is very popular in China. My colleagues all have anime girls on their wallpapers, et cetera. And I don’t work in some nerdy environment, I work in academia.
Do i need a dac amp for this?? for pc
I like anime and I honestly don't get the reason for it. I think a shot of the iem or branding is better than some random anime picture.
"I'm a Harman lover"
"that's a lot of bass, jesus"
It lacks sub bass compared to the Harman target
Right? Picky ears
@@sutanrii4369 yeah... pretty much
It's 100 USD in the Philippines
Bruh why you hating on the waifu 😂
He just said he wasn't feeling it. He said he didn't get it, and I don't get it either. It must help sell products, but it's never been interesting to me.
Truthear zero or cadenza?
I love 'sassy' music and I've never had expensive IEM's , so I think I'm gonna give these a try (I wish the case didn't have some little girl stuff on it LOL)
Don't worry the case is safe
Why is nobody talking about the blatant problem with these collabs, and that's that they can no longer review a similar set, or one for a similar price? How are we to be sure they aren't just going to try and shill theirs by judging unfairly or with bias?
Crin talked about it on his channel
That's why they sometimes refrain from reviewing
Before watching this, I think Resolve with find this shouty.
Edit: I was right.
DMS x Senn
Resolve x Beyerdynamic
A man can dream?
why does everyone have a hard-on for overly boosting 2-4k in IEMs nowadays?? easiest way to ruin the tonality of something that's otherwise well tuned
I think cuz it mimics a flat speaker
Just ordered them. $42. Crin said that it is the Harman with a bass shelf. But if you are one of the fewer people who dislike the Harman curve, then there is no point in reviewing it. Plus, it is under $50, lol
He likes Harman, and he was honestly really fair to them. He literally said “I’m not really sure how you could ask for more for $50”t
Instead of the girl I would prefer a little Cat or a Rabbit
Someone is a little freaky I see...
@@Entertainment- 🤡😜
"A rabbit is fine too"
I buy IEMs only for the box, what r u talking abt?
Aren't those 880's being stretched way out.
PU is polyurethane if I'm not mistaken.
If I was choosing between 2 very similar IEMs and struggling to decide, but one had a sexy anime girl and the other didn’t, I’d go for the ones without the sexy anime girl. Mainly because I don’t want my wife to judge me when I open it
Thank You and You are Fine and If Someone wants To Do a Collab 🎉 Then Do it Fairly 😊 and Honest 😊 Take Care ❤
Can it game with?

PU = Polyurethane. Which is a type of plastic, yeah.
I purchased them and maybe dropping the delivery out leave them and fill the return and get a pair of Pinnacle p1 instead for a good price. Although still want to listen to them but they sound a bit on the crappie side to me even compared to the Aria. Dunno, €50 quid buy 50€ it seems. Unexciting... I might be wrong though. Is all question of ear canals ®️
i like the dioko
I didn't know Seth Rogen reviewed headphones :)
