We all lost our minds when the CB750 came out in 1969! They were that far ahead of all competition. Revolutionary, iconic, whatever praise you can come up with, they deserve.
No one has more classic cb750s then. Ken Kaplan he turns Honda 's into works of art another 1971 Honda cb750 Sir, that paint job is absolutely awesome. When you first had it in the light it looked orange. Now it looks like orange gold, another beautiful bike by the Kaplan cycle team number one in the business mind-blowing Ken awesome video Ronnie Ken kaplan's no joke with the classics cb750s 💎💎💎
Love the CB750s, brings back some great memories. I had a 1982 when I was in the Navy stationed in Mayport, FLA. I took many trips from Mayport (essentially Jacksonville) to Worcester, MA for hometime. Your '71 is spectacular! 😎👌
That is one gorgeous vintage musclebike. I love it's color, and I love the exhaust note even more. Love the way the twin pipes look on each side. One stunning bike.
Been riding for a loooong time. Had a candy garnet brown '71 CB750 Four. Only have the original Honda service manual and 1 photo from '71. Have all kinds of so called superior bikes now. Think of it daily. No bike imo had the look, sound and feel of the K1. Would trade my house for one like this. Who ever ends up with it is one fortunate sob.
1971. I remember going down to Orlando Honda just off of Highway 50 and old Cheney Drive. Looking at this bike and looking at the price tag. Thinking wow that’s a lot. The bike with some thing else, there again back in 71 Kawasaki came to the forefront with the the H1 500 triple. Nicknamed the Widowmaker. Are used to ride from Orlando Honda over the RC hills Kawasaki. Which is where I bought my first bike and 71 for $236. They were cheap back then. Not now. Any moment I expect him to come riding down the hill on the Maico 490. It’s a shame we can’t go back to those days and buy a couple of those bikes already in the crate and bring them forward.

You certainly show off this Honda in every detail and ride it with pride with the wind through your hair, I had the cb750 f2 with the black engine and loved it, but had to sell it with 1300 miles on it do to having a rtc back in 1977 on a Suzuki ts 250 , but I am back riding and it’s a rebel cmx 500 only just over a year old and loving it, in my deems I would love to see your collection of bikes , but unfortunately i have trouble walking and live in Norfolk uk .

Have one I bought new at Dick and Walt’s Honda in Whittier California. It was originally Candy Garnet Brown. We repainted it Planet Blue Metallic. A color not available in North America on the K1. It has HM300 exhausts but they are OEM replacement parts purchased in the early 90s. Long since discontinued. Most of the originals that came on the bikes rusted out from the inside. Biggest problem with those bikes is the front signals. One good knock and the headlight will break. Poor design that was changed on the next version The gauges are K1 only. At least they have glass lenses unlike the plastic K0 version.

Hey man, as always great motorcycles. I just have one small question. Why do some CB750s have a kind of whine when lifting off? On your bike, I don't hear it, however on this Japanese video ua-cam.com/video/c4nqFeMycwc/v-deo.html timestamp 1:00 - 1:05 it is noticeable. Just curious to learn more about motorcycles. Thanks!
These 750s and the CB 450s were just extraordinarily good bikes. They changed the motorcycle world.
I miss those days so bad ...Music was incredible , motorcycles were amazing , cars were unreal . It will never be like that again...what a shame . PK

That’s true but it didn’t take Z1 900’s long to eclipse them in 72-73 .. still both are iconic bikes today.
