Quick question..no oil for frying the bacon??
Bacon has it own fat. You just have to heat it up and it renders the fat.
Bacon brings out more oil than you even need
Robert Tetteh about 68% of bacon is fat so there’s no need adding oil
Don’t add oil to the water at the beginning, this coats the pasta once cooked and stops the sauce coating the pasta.
