- Here is some CNC and part preparation ASMR for your sleeping pleasure. This is part of the process that I go through to make a kit for a customer. I am showing the cutting of the CNC parts on my CNC, cleaning up the parts, making the crate, and packing the parts. I don't show the packing of all of the hardware, rails, spindle, electronics, and mechanical parts.
If you need help with your CNC electronics, give e a call. Go to:

Mach3 CNC Control Software:

This is the software I use with my CNC router.
The greenBullv2 60 degree 4'x8' CNC Router:
buildyourcnc.com/item/cnc-mac...
This is CNC router that I use in my shop and is my favorite as it can also house a laser gantry and it is a great space saver. It takes up the same amount of space as a typical 4'x8' machine, but it is intended to be pushed up against a wall so only one side of the machine needs to be accessed.
All of these machines and software can be purchased at BuildYourCNC.com

Enjoy the sounds. Sweet dreams!! Sorry for the autofocus during the first portion of the video. It's bad when the video is in fast motion.
Educational! A picture explains more than a 1000 words, sometimes. Thank you.
Loved it, P. Miss you, brother. I need to pay a visit this year.
You know you are welcome anytime!!!
have you tried cutting aircraft aluminum sheet with this standing unit? need a way to hold it down, sposed could be screwed too
Yes, I hold aluminum down in the same way I hold it down in my flat CNC. Aluminum needs to be secured extremely well to reduce vibration, so it really doesn't matter what angle the table is. Holding tabs keep the cut parts held within the overall workpiece.
Quiz question, who can tell me what the name of the 1/4" ply that I'm using for the crate? Leave a comment below if you know.
Didn't know it could go at an angle. It's out safe? Does it put stress on stepper motors? Thx
No stress at all. The motor is driving a lead screw.
@@PatrickHoodDaniel ok, thank you
I wonder the plywood that you mentioned. I thought "oh mdf cnc works?!"
But the side was not mdf. It seems nice flat, what is this? Is it a mdf plywood?
It's MDO, Medium Density Overlay, also called signboard. It's a product use in concrete forming and is also considered waterproof. Wonderful product.
Not very ASMR when the camera re-racks focus every couple of seconds... 😡
I'm not very experienced in ASMR creation. It was more of a light humored joke. Thanks for the comment and I will try to do better next time. We learn from our failures.
