It looks and sounds fantastic!
Hey Phillip! Thanks a lot for leaving your comment, Yes! I love the way it looks, the goal was to make it look like the real amp as possible... Cheers my Friend!
Hey Phillip, As the proud owner of serial number P2-006 I can wholeheartedly attest to your assertions!
Sounds AND looks amazing :D
Congratulations for this new era. Wish all success for you guys
Wow!!! Another amazing pedal from you. Congratulations!!! All the Best ;-)
Impressive. Again. You guys are killing it.
Hi Luis, I heard of your pedals and have been waiting. Sounds fantastic, just pre-ordered.
Wow! Sounds incredible! Once again Luis has created Pure magic...looks gorgeous as well.
It sounds great Luis, as do all of your pedals that I've heard, I wish I had them all mate. Keep up the excellent work. Feliz Navidad 👍
Sounds amazing! Keep up the good work!!!
Somehow it's even better than the original. You make amazing gear, will definitely be picking one up ❤️
Wow. Somehow you've managed to make it both function and sound more like the 1959slp. Sign me up for this pedal! Amazing work.
Can't wait to see this!
great tone. love this pedal
Always great
the coolest pedal I've ever seen. It sounds great! I want it
Brother! Esto suena increíble! Felicitaciones! Saludos desde Perú 🇵🇪
Waiting impatiently for the next generation of JCM emulation pedals.
Those 77 78 79 jmp cascaded master volume amps would be a great pedal for them with a boost like this one.
Great great pedals! My favorite Marshall tones.😀😀and I’ve owned a bunch of old Marshalls. I use the Plexi and the 800
Great sound👍
Sounds pretty cool!
This pure magic
Asombroso !!!!
I have an original 959 going into a 100w superbass nmv and it sounds absolutely incredible 👏👏
Whatever’s in that pedal is molten mojo. I hope it never fails, it’s literally perfect.
FETs are pretty reliable, hence the moniker "solid state".
Great sounding pedal as always. Just missed to show the I/II footswitch utility on the fly
This is absolutely brilliant! Great job!
Thanks Jason for you comment, we appreciate it a lot, keep rocking 🤘😁. Luis
@@PedalPalFx the pleasure is all mine amigo. Thanks for the reply and kind words. I really appreciate it. 🤘
After I got my first hands on time with my first band’s JCM800 and 900 half-stacks back in 1994?! The Marshall bug had me!😅I’ve actually been interested in your pedals for a few years now, but raising my son has kept my budget for seeking Classic Marshall tones mostly within digital preamps and plugins.🤷🏻♂️
I did once have an old Marshall Lead 15 solid state mini head from the 80’s that sounded pretty amazing. I think it may have used MOSFET type transistors?
There doesn’t seem to be many other analog builders doing the “Marshall in a pedal” thing that even comes close to your attention to detail thus far.
Sure, there are some new affordable digital pedals that can do it pretty good, but there’s honestly no comparison to what you’ve accomplished with a genuine dedication to all analog circuitry, and an attention to detail that honestly looks like a work of fine soldering iron artistry on the inside.
Wow, this is a long comment!🤣
I’m definitely a “pedal nerd”🤓😅
You guy’s deserve the praise IMO
Definitely got you guys on my pedal “wish list”.
Stay safe and well down there amigo.
Cheers!
✌️❤️🤘
@@EasyHeat thanks s lot for your comment 🤘😁, we are very grateful to read it... Keep Rocking
I missed the first run also. Really hoping to catch the next batch this month!
Genial, espero una versión similar en el night overdrive o el pal 800...seria de ptm que le agregarán un boost
I love this company the moment I heard from them on Johan Segehborn Channel.
Got one of their pedals (pal 800), loved it. Got in touch with Luis to ask how I could order one from Peru, and he answered with one of the most polite and friendly emails I've ever received from a pedal company.
I'm just waiting for my holiday bonus to spare some money to order one of those wonders of pedals!
Yes Luis is a great guy and makes the best Marshall pedals on the planet. I own a real Plexi amp and trust me the PedalPalFX are dead on clones of the actual amps. I already have 3. Yes I have that 800 too. I smile every time i put it on! I sold a Diezel pedal at a loss to get it. It was more than worth it I am just so glad I did!!!
I have an 800, an 800 gold and a 959. Love them all. BUT it is bit of an ouch that if I waited I could get 959 ...the 800's are quite different pedals so I love having both but the 959 v2 seems to just be several
improvements better. It would be great if i could trade it in like a car.
Hi Luis. Does this new version of the pedal have more gain than the previous one? I love my Pal959 V1, but wish it had more gain on tap. Thanks!
Can one of the channels be set to produce a totally clean Marshall sound?
UA-cam sucks! I only just now got this on my feed. Seems I missed the first run. : (
Hey There!...Do not worry more units well be available for February, I will be glad to let you know ...Cheers! Luis.
So the I/II foot switch, switches between what exactly? Gain 1 and Gain 2? Do the two Gain controls always blend when turned up regardless of what the footswitch is set to?
Thanks for your question, the Footswitch I/II represent the input I and II of the original amp, this will control the input level of your signal into the pedal, the Input I is 6dB louder that the input II. This footswtich will not change between both Channel, Cheers!
@@PedalPalFx Okay, so I am still kind of confused. On a Plexi there are 4 inputs. Inputs on the left are for Loudness/Volume 1 and Inputs on the right are for Loudness/Volume 2. While the Top inputs are High Sensitivity and the Bottom inputs are Low Sensitivity (-6db). Which when jumped let you blend the Treble with Normal/Dark volumes. So typically you would plug your guitar into on of the inputs and then jumper diagonally across with a jumper cable. It is also possible to use a Y cable to plug into both High or Low Sensitivity inputs.
So I'm guessing on channel I (LED light is on) of the PAL959-V2 it is like using a Y cable to go into both High Sensitivity inputs and then channel II (LED light is off) is like going into both Low Sensitivity inputs?
@@bobisadrummer From my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong Luis), the channels are jumped internally, kind of the like the Marshall Vintage Modern series of amps with the 'Body' and 'Detail' controls which for all intents and purposes are exactly the same 'High Treble' and 'Normal' channels of a 4-input Marshall. The footswitch allows you to attenuate the input signal by -6dB to simulate plugging into either the 'High Sensitivity' and 'Low Sensitivity' inputs.
the I/II switch is essentially a pre-gain 6db volume boost, no control for the amount of boost, just the I/II switch.
Excellent great improvement sounds great , what happened with the free pedal contest who was the winner??
Hey Motto Sierra!, thanks for your comment, the giveway is still going, we need less than 150 subcribers more to select the winner...we hope to give it away soon. Cheers!
That's at 1000 subscribers
Amazing sounding pedal. Would like to know if it behaves like a real Plexi with a fuzz or overdrive pedal in front?
Hey Alberto! Thanks for your comment, this pedal have the same circuit schematic as the real amp but adjusting it in order to replace the tubes with transistores that we specially select and set up to get the same reaction as the tubes in each stage...so you should have the same reaction in combination with an overdrive of fuzz as the real amp.
@@PedalPalFx GREAT! Thanks for your answer.
👍MIAB=100% ✅
By the way, you live in Venezuela correct? So, how are things going in your location right now?
You still need a cab sim right though...?
needs SLP/Super Bass/Rhoads mod & 100w/50w switches and a Variac dial.
Your 959 has been on the top of my list for over a year, but the hoboroadie operates on a low budget. Hopefully I can pull in the shekels before the economy collapses entirely. 🎸
Still trying to get one...lol
Bass friendly? 🤘🏽😎🎸
No... Just learn guitar
I wana a comparison between it and a real 1959 before i buy it
Sold out= bummed out 😭
Hi, I want to buy one pal 800 gold
Hey … would it sound good into a Roland jc40… ??
Hi! thanks for your question, I have not test the pedal into a Roland Jc40, but! as long you can set up the amp to a friendly sound/tone for pedals (similar to the clean channel of a Fender style amp) it will work just fine!
@@PedalPalFx thanks for you reply buddy. Can i ask what it’s like for low gain , edge of break up, cant really find a video of this ? Much appreciated 👍
@@attillal4821 this pedal is consider a low to mid gain Marshall in a box, you can get great clean tones at the edge of bread up, even more controlling the volume knob of your guitar...
@@PedalPalFx cheers pal.. much appreciated 👍
Anyone in the comments hear someone play through a Plexi...say like in the 70's?
If you buy this one you better start saving your money because once you get it you are going to want the Pal 800 too!!! Trust me ...it is going to happen!!! lol
Hi Paul, thanks a lot for your comment, we really appreciate your support 🤘😁. Please keep rocking and stay safe.
and demo it with boosts in the front TS, DOD250, Rangemaster, MXR 6 band EQ, Echoplexes, etc ☠️☠️💀💀👻👻
