Have seen a couple of cats, my dogs, when I am out front. And had a bee buzzing around right in front of it. It works very well. It even shows the neighbour's driveway, but only shows movement just past my own, which is very long. I highly recommend them.
I can't imagine this battery lasting more than a few days. 6 months seems insane. A real life battery test would have been cool.
Its because they don't record 24/7.. they only record when they detect "events"
As others have said, this is not as ground breaking as its claimed, Eufy had all of this years ago plus more. And it provides a more secure way of installation for outdoor situations, than just magnetic.
So the critical question: is this a review or ads?

If the data is stored on the device what happens if it is taken? Also, how much data can 16GB hold, how many hours or video? Pretty cool, but no mention of price.

The magnet setup does look well though out for not having someone taking the camera.
The Magnetic functionality would work great INSIDE the house, or Community Center, or Church.
No mention if it is continuously recording or just recording motion events. Also no mention of price. Sounds sketchy.

Arlo does the same thing and it is HomeKit enabled. And you at least get 7 days of free video
The wireless outdoor camera from Google is also magnetic and lasts about 6-8 weeks on a charge.
You need to have it charged periodically. I just can't be bothered to fiddle it down/off every couple of days to have it charged. I prefer the powered wire ones. Set it up once and forget.

Is the battery practically hold to the promises?
Is the app reliable (needs longer term review).
Well, these are the factors I look at when buying new camera and I own and test a lot.
So far Reolink (very narrow FoV angle, no colored night mode), and Eufy (no PoE, enabling Home Kit disables Amazon Echo and rtsp) are my best but still in the look for better offerings because of the disadvantages I mentioned.

those mounts, specially the magnetic, are great for burglars. They can take the camera out in seconds and throw it away or smash it into the ground

Hey man, do you know what happened to this company. The website has a 504 page, the youtube channel does not exist. I got this camera as a present from my father in law a now this. I have sent an email to support cause I don't want the free cloud storage and I can't find a way to cancel it.
The company appears to have died.
This is why I try not to be swayed by tech reviews. This one is something I’ve been looking for. Completely wireless and no need to drill a hole through the stucco. I bought a two pack from Amazon after watching this video. Couldn’t install until recently. I need a third one. Tried to get it through Amazon and they’re not available. They’re website is down. Just my luck.

@@noorio1843 That's good to know too, but I was asking if the batteries are user serviceable, or if the whole device has to be trashed after a few years because the batteries don't sustain their charge.

sorry ID rather use a screwdriver with a screw for it to come loose under the heat from the sun and have a expensive camera hit the concrete below would definitely not be good for it. I always prefer to get the screw on brackets to stop somebody can come along with the stick and knock your camera off and save them buying themselves one
A security camera that has to be removed twice a year for charging, relies on wifi to transfer large files, can be stolen with almost no effort and can be jammed and made useless by a $100 signal jammer from Ebay…
And yet, not a single negative comment in this review.

I understand this is a sponsored video. I get it. But, I would much rather have an honest review of a product. Saying the “Magnetic” attachment is “so” unique? Nest cameras have had that for years now. It’s not unique. Makes me not want to buy this one because if that is inaccurate, then what else is? Would have liked to see some cons listed along with the 8 min ad.
There's probably a very good reason why the magnetic mount is unique 😅

No HomeKit or Matter support? NO DEAL.
Great.. until someone walks up and just takes it. I love the idea of a wireless camera, but I want to make it a bit more difficult to remove so someone cant just come over with a mask on and grab the thing.
