      Hello I'm very sorry for the late reply, so busy lang po lately. Anyways, yes you need to beat the paste with cold water with right consistency then you can add flavoring. Consistency of frosting will change into soft or foamy once added with liquid flavoring. So to make it firm again you can chill your frosting for a couple of hours then re whip just a couple of seconds.

      @@togsiscooking Yes..po I did it myself.Natuwa naman po si client.It took long hours on putting my icing and to smooth it.And its my first doing it.Assemble,decorate and boxing our is my daughter line...not mine hahaha.Nag.vecay sila with Dad..Solo flight ako.Thank po ulit.

      Try this one po I used here dry heat method Using a casserole but this can be bake in an oven din po. (300F 40-50 mins) cooking time will depend on oven used. You can adjust the recipe depende sa gamit niyo na po. Thanks

      Hello clarissa! Yes you can use depending on the amount you want, just store properly yung tirang paste, if matagal pa ang pag gamit store it sa chiller well covered if gagamitin agad ok lang siya sa room temperature po.

      Pwede naman siguro po pero e dissolve muna sa water Kasi d yata mag incorporate pag powder po ilagay sa Whippit...d ko pa naman nasubukan e add si cocoa powder sa Whippit, 3n1 na coffee powder Yun nasubukan ko na para sa mocha ko pero dissolve ko muna sa mainit na water bago ihalo sa Whippit.

    maam let say po ang cake ko is 8x4 mga ilan grams kaya pwede for filling/frosting and piping na din?

      For my 8x2 normally nag titimbang ako around 360g-400g na whipped frosting na po. So if 8x4 you can double the grams since you will use it for filling, coating and piping po. But you can always adjust anytime the volume of the frosting based on your estimate kasi it will depend din po how you apply your frosting into your cakes if generous po ba or manipis lang kayo maglagay and if maraming piping details. Magiging guide lang po yung binigay natin na estimate.😊

      Hindi po nag papawis si whippit frosting. Yung cake dto sa video na ginawa ko naka overnight sa chiller so far d naman po siya nagpawis ng inilabas na po. Thank you.

    May after taste parin po ba si whippit kapag hinalo po sa ganach? Pwedi po ba yung water na hahalo sa whippit milk before halo sa ganach?

      So far sa preparation ko po wala naman po after taste si whippit once added with ganache. Yes you can add milk sa Whippit even if hahaluan mo siya ng ganache (u can use a part lang yung gagamitin mo lang, kasi hindi na po ganun kahaba ang lifespan once flavored with non-dairy products madali po masira at yun meron aftertaste if stored longer period of time. For storage purposes i suggest to add cold water only like 300ml sa 1 kilo pack ng whippit. Then pag gagamitin na saka kayo kumuha ng gagamitin lang at e flavor eto sa gusto mo. Rewhip stored frosting, you can add cold water like 1-2 tbsp para mag volume ulit si whippit - just a couple of seconds lang until makita niyo na nasa tamang consistency na siya para sayo.

      Hindi ko pa po nasubukan gamitin ang Choco fondue, i guess you can use it for dripping, but not sure if made of pure chocolate eto or cocoa powder lang kasi baka hindi po siya mag harden just like the chocolate ganache na once e chill mag set siya at pwede maka pag pipe on top of it. So not really certain po.

      Normally wala pong madali, ng simula ma try ko si whippit madami po akong adjustment na ginawa para makuha ko talaga yung tamang consistency at lasa nito na gusto ko. Yes you can use it in some of your cakes if maging hiyang po kayo sa pag gamit nito. Whippit frosting yung gamit ko almost all of my cakes. You can check some of my videos nasa Playlist ko po like how i prepare frosting for Ube, Chocolate, mocha and etc.

Kasi nagtataka po ako sa ibang cakes ang mura may 30plus lang... may nagawa po akong ganyan po 850 po benta ko po.. sabi ng sis ko.. d dw ba ako nalugi kc moist cake po cia.. pero pag chiffon cake mas mura..       Hello Twin! Actually Hindi ako makapagbigay ng costing kasi kung nagbake ako maramihan hindi isahan lang. At saka naka base po sa shop yung costing (dami inclusive na expenses) but will try soon mag matik matik kahit average costing lang for home based.hehe

      Pwede as long hiyang sa inyo ang panlasa. Tips when adding new flavors try to make a small amount muna for taste test para pag magustuhan niyo ang taste then proceed kyo to make enough icing for your cakes.

      Yes pwede po edible naman po si McCormick merong mga artificial colors and flavorings na pwede na natin ihalo kahit hindi niluluto. Basahin muna yung label ng product para malaman din natin yung content nito. Thank you 🫶

      Hindi na po, after maglagay ng drip and chocolate on top saka ko chill yung cake just to set the chocolate at saka ako nag pipe.

      For me isa lang gamit ko na super stable ba Frosting whippit lang..if mag add ka ng flavor like chocolate make sure firm consistency ang whippit not foamy Kasi pag add ng chocolate ganache sa Whippit mag change yung consistency Niya so make sure firm siya but not too stiff Kasi may tendency mag crack ang sides pag sobrang chill ang cake. Dapat tama lang ang consistency.

      Pwedeng hindi pwede e chill, yung sa akin chill ko siya muna bago gamitin re whip ko lang and add a few water checking sa right consistency na gusto ko. Nasa sau po yun optional po ang pag chill bago gamitin.

      Pwede ilagay sa ref pwede Naman hindi make sure nka sealed ulit ang paste at store at room temperature. Pero kung matagal pa ang pag gamit pwede ilagay sa ref..just take it out day ahead para mag set back at room temp yung paste Kasi titigas ang paste pag bagong labas sa fridge at mahirap e beat.     Naku ma’am Paano kung na mix ko na un whippit paste with cream cheese and drop of lemon extract? Pina ref ko muna un na whipped na whippit. Pwede ko pa rin ba ihalo ng choco flavor? Ang mixture ng choco ko ay cocoa powder na dissolved sa water ok lang po ba un ma’am?

      Okay lang normally nag lalagay din naman po ako ng other flavor kahit flavored na eto ng cream cheese at lemon. Anyway hindi naman ganun kadami nilalagay ko so hindi eto masyado nakaka apekto sa pag flavor ulit. ☺️

      Yes pwede po, yan naman ginagamit ko pag maliit na preparation lang. Pag one kilo mas maganda sa stand mixer Kasi masakit din sa kamay yung han mixer. Pero pag Wala talaga no problem u can use the hand mixer. 😊

      If yung cakes na nilalagay sa chiller normal po yun na titigas ang cake lalo na pag may butter or oil. Pero pero pag coated na siya ng frosting d naman ganun katigas ang cake..just set lang always at room temp yung cake bago e work eto kasi it will go back to its normal texture.

      Try to make around 2 1/2 cups, you can adjust more or less kasi depende po yan kung gaano kadami ang ilalagay niyo na frosting sa cake at sa cupcakes. (1 cup can cover an 8x2 minimal frosting only)

      If okay lang mag suggest to prepare nalang the whole pack or yung 1kilo, then pag may sobra you can store it in the freezer in an airtight container. It will have shelflife of one month, you can use the extra frosting naman sa next project mo.

      Okay naman siya but be careful lang sa pag lalagay coz it will affect the consistency pag madamihan, lalo na pag deep color ang gusto mo e achieve, if ever use gel color instead.
