    Nahihilig ako lately mag bake at nag hahanap po ako ng tutorial kung pano mag whip ng cream at luckily nakita ko po yung video nyo. Napakalaking tulong po ng tutorial vids nyo para sa aming mga aspiring baker dahil Madaling sundan at maganda po ang pag kaka explain.       Pag chocolate flavor po ano po Yung magandang gamit

      Pwede po versatile si whippit any cake flavor adaptable naman. If chocolate cake, pwede mo e flavor yung whippit with chocolate syrup or chocolate ganache para ma enhance ang flavor nito. Start with small amount depende sa dami ng frosting na e flavor mo. Bantayan mo lang yung consistency ng whippit na hindi mag result into too soft once added ng flavoring. Tikman niyo rin para you know when to stop adding flavors.

      Hi my pleasure po. About sa tanong niyo pwede naman e chill muna si cupcakes pwede rin naman hindi. For me palagi ko po chill muna bago gamitin or bago e serve kasi mas na set yung flavor at mas nagiging firm or stable yung frosting magandang gawin eto lalo na pag e travel si cupcakes or cakes po.

      Pwede niyo po lagyan ng ube flavor, i used flavorade ube po. Kahit 1tbsp muna then you can add more ube flavor that suits your taste. But wag lang marami masyado para hindi mag soft ang Frosting niyo.

    Choco moist po pala un gagawin ko sa customized order ko po Yan ngayon Saturday ma'am. And first time po ako ggamit Ng whippit. Bale un pinaka center po Ng cake ko Choco ganache filling tapos sa gilid ipipe ko po Ng whippit hanggang sa pag cover Ng cake. Enough na po ba to ma'am para sa 4 layered na 8" round cake ko?

      I guess kukulangin yata Kasi for the 8x2 na 1cup paste is just enough e double niyo nlang po para mka sure na d ka kukulangin, depende Rin Kasi sa dami Ng frosting na ilalagay niyo sa cake, e fridge niyo nalang po I magkaroon ng extra frosting.

      Yes kasya po siya, pag manipis na coating, piping sa gilid ng cake and filling. Minimal frosting, but if alam niyo madaming piping like flowers at makapal na coating sa cake baka kulangin pwede ho kayo mag adjust|magdagdag.

    Sa 1 cup lang na whippit paste, how many grams po yung ilalagay nah Cream Cheese? At nung lemon?

      Yung nilalagay ko ay yung cream cheese frosting like 1tbsp depende sa lasa na gusto mo if more cheesy siya you can add more cream cheese, pwede cream cheese bar. Sa lemon gamit ko yung mc cormick na bottle small amount will do strong flavor kasi yan. Taste lang muna pag okay na sa lasa mo then stop adding.

      Yes kasya naman po, pero depende po yan paano kayo mag apply ng frosting sa inyong cake if ever kulangin pwede po kayo mag adjust.

    Hi po! Galing2 nyo po mam tgal ko npo gusto mkakita ng whipp it na demo. Sa inyu lng po yung pinaka detailed! Galing! Mam pwede po ba gamitin etong frosting nto sa russian piping tips? Or making flower piping? For coloring what brand do you use po? Ok po ba americolor? Or wilton p? Hope yun na2man po ang i feature nyo how to color whip it hehehe! Tnx again!

      Yes I'm planning to have a film to color a whippit frosting from light to dark.. medyo nabbz lang kaya d pa nakakapag film sa baking area. Thank you so much din po.☺️💞

      Oh about sa russian tip I tried it before kailangan super firm si whippit (less water) Kung e pipe siya like sa flowers. Any brand color will do sosyal Naman wilton ang Mahal nun hehe..dto sa lugar namon walang wilton product so gamit ko ay Peotraco gel food color which is good to use Kasi nakapit agad yung kulay sa frosting.

      Ok tnx sa suggestion n brand triny ko kc bumili ng mga food color diko alam anu dpat gamitin nka2lito po. Cge3 pls po pafeature nyo yung pgcolor nman pg dikna p busy. Yung pink,blue green or teal sana. Thanks much sa time n reply much appreciated po!!!

    Hello po..thank u po sa video na to. First time user po ako ng whippit. Ano po ba dapat gawin kc malamig ang klima nmin dto sa bukidnon medyo matigas po ang whippit. Salamat po sa sagot.

      Add a little bit of Liquid pag mag Frost kau Kasi na stiff agad si whippit once na exposed sa malamig at mahangin na environment..everytime na mag sit siya a couple of minutes re whip lang kahit ilang segundo pra mag soft lang siya ulit. Hope this helps po. Thank you. Merry Christmas ⛄🎄

      Hi thank you so much po. Yeah try niyo ilagay water lang no milk kasi yun minsan ang dahilan ng after taste sa whippit. Kaya d n ako nag lalagay Ng milk only add nlang ako Ng flavoring to enhance the flavor po. ☺️

      Could not give an exact measurements kasi depende po how much we put frosting on our cakes and cupcakes, so rough estimate ko lang is try to prepare around 2 to 3 cups of whippit paste if magkulang adjust nalang po kayo if mag sobra naman store lang sa chiller well covered ang whipped icing.

    Ma'am, baka magtatanong po kung pwede bang gawin filling ang boiled icing sa cake na coated with whippit?(i find it very stable kc kung gamit ito for filling).. sana po matulungan nu po ako.. salamat po

      Hi hindi ko pa naman nasubukan ang boiled icing then coated with whippit. Pero sa tingin ko okay po yan it will work, kasi for filling naman si boiled icing maglagay lang kayo ng frosting sa ring side ng cake bago ilagay yung boiled icing mo para may support lang sa loob na hindi mag burst out. Though whippit will help to secure your filling but depende po yan kung paano niyo e-prep si whippit, need niyo e prepare si whippit with firm consistency para kaya nito e hold yung filling sa loob. Kasi pag foamy consistency(more liquid) ang whippit my tendency na hindi mag stable ang cake niyo. Kung d maiwasan ang ganung consistency e chill niyo ang cake overnight para mag firm at mag set yung frosting at cake. Hope this helps po.😊💕

      Hindi ko pa po nasubukan perhaps it would be okay, but magiging matamis lang po masyado ang frosting since it's already sweet and not sure if mag Volume siya ng bongga like the water Kasi heavy si condensed milk baka mabigatan at hindi mag loosen up si whippit .😊sa tingin ko lang po yan..not certain pa..since d ko pa na try.

    Hi mam...always ako watching tuu...ask lng ako ok lng po ba if gawa ako nyt then stop ako to 8tbsp of water then overnyt ko po i chill tapos kinabukasan ko gamitin mag add na ako ng 2tbsp water then desire color...ok lng po ba un?sana masagot nyo po gusto ko po kz i try whippit sa bday ng anak ko kaso lng takot ako bka mali...huhu

      Yes you can mas maganda po less water muna lalo pag maglalagay kau ng color para ma adjust niyo rin po yung consistency na gusto niyo e achieve. Kahit around 1 tbsp lang muna add niyo after chill, para ma test niyo muna consistency niya if u think too stiff pa pwede kau dagdag konting water..pero if sakto na u can stop and add color best to use gel kasi pag liquid it will change the consistency po.

      Hi sorry for the very late reply, pwede naman pero magiging matamis po eto ng sobra since matamis na po si whippit, I suggest if okay sayo beat it with water first bawasan niyo lang yung water then after ma beat mo ang whippit, maglagay kayo ng condensed milk e tantiya niyo nalang yung dami depende sa tamis at consistency na gusto mo ma achieve.     Hi po every time po napinapalamig nyo sa reff yung whippit atleast po ganon katagal pag 2nd 3rd time???? Para mas maganda po lumabas yung frosting or wala naman pong kinalaman sa tagal ng pag reff before yung handmixer it agian?

      Walang oras po yun as long mag chill siya and nakita niyo na nag change to stiff consistency. But first prep maganda din yung overnight siya bago gamitin. But if nagmamadali talaga pwede naman one hour or more (depende rin kasi sa cooling temp ng ref or chiller natin)
