Thanks for this. I will be trying a hyperlapse. The issue I’m afraid of is that my M2P does hyperlapse in 1080 and I want to create videos in 4K. I used Adobe premiere and AE. fingers crossed.
That’s why you need to save hyperlapses raw photo files (you can activate this in the settings on the DJI GO 4 APP)

hi, im having a issue with waypoint hyperlapse. the waypoints wont appear in my gps map. I can see that little image preview every time I select a waypoint, but that little blue dot on the gps map that also shows you what are you aiming at, like in the waypoint feature. Im using either an android phone or an android tablet, and in both i cant see it. could you please help me, I find it really usefull

Normalement comme ça sa devrais le faire ! After effects fais vraiment la différence au niveau de la stabilisation. Après, comme je dit dans la vidéo niveau editing des fichiers RAW c’est au choix. Perso quand je veux faire une hyperlapse pour insta (vite fais) j’édite tt sur Lightroom mais si je me dit que je la réutiliserai peux être plus tard alors je fait une retouche légère. Comme ça (comme dans la vidéo) j’ai le choix par la suite 😊 content si la vidéo t’a aidé 🙏🏻 merci encore.

Hello, when I shoot hyper lapse during the night and stabilize in FCPX, I get more shakier footage than what you have shown. Any tips for a smoother clip?
That’s why I’m using after effects, the result is much better ! Did you try it ?

Dude you're killing it! Great video! I'm going to have to try all those other hyperlapse modes. Do you use any plugins for denoising? I have the Mavic 2 Zoom, I've been thinking of picking up a denoise software. Thanks.
Because it’s RAW files i denoise them in Lightroom with the “luminance” tool which is for denoising 😉 and for video I use “NEAT VIDEO” plugin (not free but it’s the best for this). By the way you have a denoiser plugin in Final Cut Pro X !

@@DroneMood Nice, I'm familiar with Lightroom one for photos. I was looking into Neat Video for denoising. I noticed some of my m2z footage is a little flicker-y. I am currently using adobe premier for video. Thanks for the response!

You’re welcome ! They are useful but if you want to have motion blur on your timelapse you need 128,256 & 1000 for long exposure photography. I use the 8-16-32-64 for normal video shoot 😉

Juste une petite question, quand j'importe mes fichiers dans FCPX, je modifie la durée, avec la touche shift+1 mais par contre, une fois sur deux je me retrouve avec entre chaque photo un espace "vide" ... je dois alors tout enlever à la main, soit cliquer 250 fois et supprimer ces espaces vides... Une idée du pourquoi ça me crée ça ?

Super vidéo, tes hyperlapse sont super stables et la qualité tip top, c'est cool de voir d'aussi bons résultats! Pour l'instant je n'ai que les filtres ND de base (maxi 32), en attendant d'investir dans les mêmes que toi; tu conseilles quand même un shutter speed à 1/4 ou je serais obligé d'adapter ? La différence entre un 32 et un 256 est vraiment très importante ?

Hello ! Merci pour ce commentaire 😉 avec un 32 (si c’est le Max que tu as pour le moment) tu ne pourra pas avoir un shutter speed à 1/4 en pleine journée. Par contre de nuit aucun filtre nécessaire 😊 Cela dit ça n’empêche pas de faire des hyperlapses de jour. Tu n’aura juste pas de flou sur les objets(voitures etc...) en mouvement. La différence de flou est bien visible entre un shutter a 1/4 ou à 1/30-20 oui. Regarde cette vidéo à partir de 3:10 minutes tu verra la différence 😉 : ua-cam.com/video/QRXSRMci85o/v-deo.html

I don’t use my P4P anymore cause it’s for sale 🤷🏻♂️ But, for flight modes use “course lock” at a lower speed or “waypoints”. Shoot in Raw, interval photo mode at minimum interval (i think it’s 5 seconds). For editing it’s the same process 😉
Pour les hyperlapse la journée ça serait pas mieux un filtre ND64 et un diaph un peu plus fermé vers 7.1 par exemple? Je débute avec le drone et ce mode m'intéresse beaucoup. Merci

@@DroneMood ok merci! Bon j'ai pris le pack de ND4 à ND64 alors je vais commencer avec ça :-) Mais je garde l'info pour la suite. Je pensais pas qu'on perdait aussi vite en qualité en fermant le diaph, en photo j'ai plus de marge avec mon matériel, en général jusqu'à f/11 on est tranquille.
ND64 ça passe selon la lumière mais en journée ciel bleu pour avoir du beau flou dés mouvements (voiture etc.) il faut plus. C’est sûr qu’avec un boîtier on est bien mieux niveau qualité même si le M2P est tt de même incroyable ☺️
@@DroneMood oui et vu tes vidéos me font penser qu'on est dans la même région, on sait bien comment la lumière tape sur le lac en été. Du coup je les ai trouvé sur Amazon... j'ai craqué :-) Surtout que je dois le prendre en Afrique en octobre normalement, et là entre 9h du matin et 15h30 la lumière c'est pire que tout

Pour la France selon le Drone (+ de 800 grammes) il faut un permis qui ce passe en ligne gratuitement.

Oui mais bon... Personnellement je fait ça rarement et je fais plus qu’attention (beaucoup de check de l’endroit, du Drone etc...) en restant dans des zone où en cas de soucis je ne risque de blesser personnes. Je boss aussi pour des hotels et autres sur Genève qui eux demande des autorisations donc j’utilise certains rush pour mes vidéos UA-cam 😊 Pour les vols de nuit je garde tjrs le drone a vue (avec les leds)

just a thought, why don`t you do the whole post production in AE? Import the first raw file and it takes you to Adobe Camera Raw, with almost the same sliders as LR. And do the stabilizing on the raw files on top of that. Then you`ve no intermediate jpgs clogging your hard drives
Just cause I now perfectly this workflow and I didn’t use after effects except for this. Don’t want to loose time learning another software 😉 it’s fast like this for me but if you’re working in AE yeah, you can do all with it
@@DroneMood I don`t know every nook and cranny in AE, far from it, but the procees I mentioned is something even I can master..
Each of us has his way of working and if this way works best for you, just go for it 😉😊👍🏻
it was just a suggestion. I produced jpegs from my raws for years using Photoshop/Bridge before this, to me, better way.

Thanks a sorry for really late reply 😂. No you can't, you'll not have same result in term of motion blur cause 16 or 32 is not strong enough. Of course you can add blur in post but nothing better than real blur 😉

Yes cause the quality & stabilization is really bad compared to do it this way 😉
