    From the graphs, best summary might be,
    “18 months (on avg) to lose ALL the weight you’re gonna lose, but at 12 months, you’ll have lost pretty close to all.”
    One year to have that much weight/health transformation is kinda wow… must mentally be quite a ride and adjustment.

      Fair point and perspective! And yes, this is a tremendous change and requires comprehensive, longitudinal support.

    I lost 40 lbs in 5 months eating low carb. So much for those high tech, often risky and always expensive methods.

    2 years for change after 30+ years of destruction for most patients, is an extremely fast turnaround. It almost makes me think about if losing so fast unnaturally has any side effects on the body, especially if they totally cut fat from the body… I would assume you’d be the same unhealthy person on the inside with a slimmer body which is why so many people gain the weight bac, because they have many healed the mind yet.

    Dr McGowan i am a hospital patient biller and i work 13-15 hrs per day x 5 days. I tried Wegovy and other weightloss pills and i have not lost any weight. I am 195lbs and 5ft 4. I am stressed. What is ur suggestion? I do not qualify for the sleeve & cant afford ESG which i love
