I honestly can report to everyone that without Phentermine all I think about is FOOD. My mind is constantly thinking about when I get to eat next and what the next yummy, delicious item is that will be participating in a Party In My Mouth. Phentermine? takes these THOUGHTS AWAY. I have no idea how this works, but you seriously stop thinking about food. You're not disgusted by the thought of food, it just is not something you think about. You start thinking about other things like paying your bills and when was the last time you did laundry and stuff like that.

@@amybrevard3800 I haven’t drake soda in a very long time, I recommend drinking plenty of water. If you don’t like the taste of water there is sparkling water and drops to add flavor in ur water. Also, if that is too hard to do suddenly, cut back slowly or substitute soda for a healthy juice that doesn’t have a lot of sugar.

@Heather Starker You only gain the weight back if you starve your body on it. Make sure your still eating at least 1200 cals a day and get into the habit of eating clean so you don’t crave a whole bunch of food at once. Also, drink plenty of water after you get off of it.

This is my second day on phentermine and I feel great! It is truly amazing how it takes the food obsessive thoughts/emotional eating component away which has always been my struggle. My hope is that once I go off I'll be able to keep it off since I will be breaking bad habits while on the medication like snacking at night. Would love to hear from amyone who has taken phentermine and has had success keeping the weight off without having to go back on the medication. Also hope I can lower my AcC which is why I am on it. My goal is 30 pounds! Wish me luck!

I'm starting these tomorrow 05/07/2021. My doctor prescribed them to me yesterday 05/05/21 .
I have been trying to loose weight for 2 years. I was 145 and went up to 200 lbs (current weight). I'm considered obese at this point. And I workout every single day.
So lets see if they work for me. I'm also going to be eating 1200 calories. No sugar, no fried food, and no bread, rice and tortillas.
And I will also be doing my regular workouts at 7am (HIIT workouts for 1 to 2 hours a day, and I will try to walk 10,000 steps a day.)

And girlfriend lion's treat for coworkers mysteriously disappeared.

@@cheyennehartin The first part (2-4 days) I just felt light nausea, didn't eat too much. The second part (week 1 to week 8) I just barely ate (from 4 meals a day and snacking to maybe 2 meals a day). My stomach would growl but no connection to the brain that I was hungry. After a while it does plateau so you can come off of it for a month or two. This is where the danger is for sweets and snacking. Then after 2 more months, I'm back on it again. I lost a total of 30 initially, gained 5 back, and anticipate losing around 18 this next 2 months. I've also cut out soft drinks and have started ordering from a meal prep service (Clean Eatz) to get healthier portioned meals. Goal is to form the habit of consistent water intake as well and then when coming off of it again in 60 days, re-introduce myself to the gym.

Water water water, drink plenty of water throughout the day
Set alarms in your phone to remind yourself to eat regularly
Eat higher protein to discourage muscle loss, And fibre to discourage the constipation

I stretch and do push-ups, planks, and squats every morning and before bed but not to an extreme. It takes @10 minutes. I'm usually not hungry in the morning so I'll eat @3pm and I'm good for the day. Something with lots of protein. No breads or sodas. Lots of water. The good thing about the phentermine is that it makes you thirsty and food isn't really tasty. So I usually just eat because I know I need to eat something and not because I'm hungry.

Ok update on my journey. This video is almost 4 years old and it helped me alot so follow her advise and you will be good. I have been taking it for 2 months now, about to request my third batch this month. I started at 185 and now i am down to 165. Not the greatest success as I have heard alot of people loose way more but I am still happy with my progress. The first month didnt do much for me because of covid, job loss and having to move. However, like everyone else, reality sunk in and i made the best of the situation and found a new routine. After i moved and had less things to stress over, i started walking everyday. That was a mistake because i got the worst blisters. I bought new shoes and it was still the same. So thats advice number 1, Dont over do it. Now i walk 5 days a week, about 8 miles per day and i look forward to it. Starting today, i signed up for an online zoom workout class with a trainer so i am excited for that. I plan to do my regular walks and 3 days of zoom exercises. I start by taking the pill in the morning around 8:30am with water. Any later, i have issues sleeping. Try not to take it too early either, i feel it doesnt work if you do. The pill works for me by keeping me fuller longer. Think of it like any other pill, it wears off just the same. So as she says, you can break it in half and take half now and half later. The pill allows me to not over eat or snack during the day. When i do eat, i try to make better food choices. I will also be jumping back on my calorie counting this month and introduce juicing into my diet. I am going to juice as i dont want to miss out on key nutrients. Jucing allows me to eat my veggies and take my liquid vitamins all in an 8 ounce cup. I can also mask the taste of the ones i dont like but need by using tons of ginger in the juice. Even if it goes over my calorie count. I am fine with that as it is good calories. As for side effects, when i just started taking it, it would make my heart race, make me super thirsty and sometimes make me feel nauseous. I combat that by drinking lots of water, which we need anyways and walking to get some of the energy out. Overall, my aim is to correct my eating habits and to form new work out habits that i can sustain. I am thankful for this pill.

@@jasminespears2903 thank you. I totally forgot about this! Well 2 years later and I am tethering between 168 and 170. Kept 15lbs off but I am back on the weight loss journey. This time I am trying to get to 145/150.
Things i have learned since then... motivation will not stick so having a plan and being consistent helps. I like to do monthly challenges and start over every month. Too long of a plan discourages me. I have a planner that i create a little daily to do list for myself. I include things like face rountine (i use to go to bed with make up on), body rountine( gotta moisturize), carlorie deficit and exercise. Then i use little symbols to show which ones i completed for that day and put a sticker beside it if I did. Its good to look back on for progress and the little girl inside me still likes stickers lol.
I also learned that Special gyms or diets don't work. Find an exercise that you like to do and do that. Or sprinkle something you like to do inbetween the exercises. For me, that is swimming on the days I am not at the gym.
Also, Get a calorie deficit and try to eat better but dont do extreme exclusions. It isnt sustainable. 1 day you are going to be sad or the hormones will kick in and you are going to want something sweet. Its ok. Just count it in your calorie intake for the day. I use my fitness pal to help with food measurements.
My current rountine is 3 day in the gym and swim in between those days. I end up doing some sort of movement for 5 days out the week. Planet fitness is cheap and gives you a free *personal trainer* so I signed up and got a 3 day work out plan. Swimming is more fun than exercise for me but its good cardio to do in the summer as it's hotter than the devils butthole right now. On evening where I don't feel like I did much, I take a walk in the evening after dinner. It clears my mind and I sleep better.
You got this! Good luck on your journey

I was able to drop 40 pounds in 3 months but had so much anxiety when my doctor discontinued it because no one actually taught me how to manage my weight loss while I was on it to give me confidence to maintain when I was off it. I have since gained all but 10 pounds back after 2 years and asked to go back on it. So, hopefully with all these great tips I will better prepare during the process to maintain when I'm off. I have and the rest of the day is water. I do feel very jittery and dry mouth but in two days I’ve lost 2 1-2 lbs so I’m super excited to continue

Hello. I just started on Phentermine today. Years ago, I was on Phen-Fen and lost 50 lbs in about 1 1/2 months. Unfortunately, being younger and having had a weight problem for the majority of my life, I thought that it was my 'unicorn gift'. And of course, i gained all of the weight plus 50lbs more. Now, I'm truly listening to my body and it doesn't process dairy or meat well at all. So, now I'm eating a vegetarian diet and I feel much better. I have a total of 80 lbs to lose but I do believe that phentermine will help. THANK YOU for your informative videos :)

Big plus for your honesty. It's not such a terrible thing that a physician can prescribe another 3-month script the next day. Like you said, a thorough physician will perform some BP checks and other things in that time anyway. It's also cool that the FDA put the 3-month limit as well. It formalises the right of physicians to exercise their discretion beyond what a patient may see fit for themselves; which on many occasions can be recreational use. Between the FDA requirements, an honest patient and a physician's good judgement, a near-perfect result can be achieved which can truly make a significant impact on a person's life and genuine well-being.

So knowing how to play with the dose by cutting it in half or taking it with food was very helpful. As I’m going to start taking Phentermine in a week or so after my HCG is done. I didn’t feel HCG really worked for me so want to try Phentermine now that I’m older. I tried it in my younger years when I didn’t have anxiety issues so was wary of it this time around..

My doctor just prescribed me phentermine today. He has worked with me over the last 7 years since my daughter was born to lose the weight i gained during that pregnancy. 175-245. Over thise years I made lifestyle changes including cutting out soda, swapping sugar for alulose in anything I make myself, swapping all purpose flour for buckwheat flour, drinking a gallon of water a day (on topomax for chronic migrain3 so this is more to avoid kidney stones but it helps with the weight too) stopped eating root vegetables and swapped potatoes and rice out for riced cauliflower, gave up beef and instead if we eat red meat at all it is game meat (venison or bison) or we eat chicken or turkey. Beans, green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg. Had another baby in those 7 years and managed to lose the few pounds I gained during that pregnancy immediately after son was born so literally all weight I gained was him and his twin I lost in utero + placenta and amniotic fluid putting me still firmly at 245. And the changes have worked because deapite not doing anything other than changing our eating habits my husband has lost 20lbs over those 7 years while I have stayed at 245. My doctor says that in and of itself is impressive because I also became disabled in those 7 years so any high impact workouts are off the table. Just my physical therapy is exhausting and yet I've still managed to stay 245 instead of gaining any more weight. He also said my changes are probably why I'm not diabetic despite family history. He's hoping the phentermine will help me lose enough to lessen the strain on my joints to ease some of the discomfort from my disability, that it will get my BP back to a normal range (it became hypertensive during pregnancy and never returned to normal) and that the changes i made will be enough to maintain the weight loss and the energy boost will help me be able to do a little more so I do t feel so exhausted co stantly, though he admits its all up in the air since my fatigue is tied to my autoimmune diseases (RA and PsA) and not directly to my weight itself. Here's hoping. I want to feel better for my two young children. In their short lives they've never seen me without my SD, cane or rollator. I'd love to retire the cane and walker until my SD is old and gray

It is due to menopause. I didn't ever struggle with weight gain until menopause and if I just eat a bite of something like a French fry or yogurt I gain several pounds and I too watch my calories , exercise 3 to 5 days a week. Been on strict diets off and on since menopause and it is difficult when everyone wants to go out to eat! Everything has to be cooked at home so you regulate butter and oils and creams. Just recently started Phetermine and the wt. DR. TOLD me thatI need to do more weight lifting exercise at my age because the biking , walking, aerobics and stair master was just spinning my wheels at my age and I would gain all my weight back if I didn't... so I now am doing more wt. Training. Hope it works. Just FYI , if you want to try that

If I take it too early in the morning by evening the hunger shows up and I am still too far away from bedtime. If I take it by noon I am finding it difficult to fall asleep at my ordinary bedtime. I went from 184 to 164 between May-mid July, honestly still ate the same like half healthy and sometimes junk food but in moderation and small portions cuz I got full fast. then went back to school and was still coming down, had loose skin so I started jogging in August. I do cardio machines for a half an hour like twice a week and my heart rate is in the fat burn zone like maybe once or twice a day and high Cardio zones when I workout. I didn’t have a scale at school, I have like three meals just to have energy throughout the day and barely even finish it cuz my appetite is small. Cuz I’m in college again I have had takeout a few times but again would get full pretty fast or eat small portions and I make my own food in the caf like a rap with real cheese and chicken or something and lots of guacamole (splurged on ice cream or cake a lot admittedly) but still physically looked like I was maintaining and losing more and more. But I visit home this weekend (end of September) and use the scale for the first time in over a month and I’m back up to 178 like I wanna fucking cry (I’m just finishing up my period so it could be bloat?). I weighed myself first thing this morning still 178 but i KNOW I look smaller still but it’s confusing cuz I have different mirrors that make my face look bigger at school etc and like it’s very misleading. Idk if I just gained muscle or not cuz I feel like I’m still really small now and my skin got tighter legs got stronger but it’s hard to tell by looking at myself to see. But like I haven’t worked out this much honestly in years so like is this a case of weight is just a number??? HOW did I just go back up basically undoing EVERYTHING in like a month while working out and eating small portions?? I gotta start taking progress pictures and again I still feel smaller and even like my fupa looks smaller and in general I look less bloated. So the muscle thing? Water weight? Period bloat? Ughhh

You know what's crazy.... When I started phentermine, it gave me so much energy that I worked out twice a day (I'd go for a jog/run in the morning, come back home then do a beachbody workout (p90x, etc. I did 3 or 4 programs total). Anyways, my point is that it made me more focused than I've ever been. I thought this was from losing weight and being able to think more clear etc..... fast forward 6 or 7 years later to today, I just learned I am ADHD!!! I stopped taking Phentermine because I wanted to BULK up via dirty bulking, didn't turn out too well unfortunately. I am now on Ritalin and am more motivated and focused than I've been in years since I've stopped taking phentermine.
I believe the chemical makeup of Phentermine, Adderall, Ritalin, are very similar right?
So did Phentermine help my ADHD too?

Let them go over with you a good way to keep at your healthy weight. The myfitnesspal app is a good one to calculate your calorie intake depending upon what you would like to do.

My doctor prescribed me phentermine to take along side with metformin. I am on day 2. The first time which was yesterday when I took them. I felt horrible my heart was racing I couldn't concentrate. I felt like vomiting and continued to feel like that all day. But I then figured out it was probably because I didn't eat while taking the pills. So today I ate breakfast. An egg white mcmuffin and some apple slices with lots of water. I honestly feel so much better than how I felt yesterday. Have you heard of anyone taking both at the same time?

Not going to lie. I bought mine online, without a prescription, without any sort of monitoring. The 1st time I took it I felt so jittery where I wanted to scream. I started taking it with food and it no longer did this. I ended up losing 20 pounds in 1 month and kept it off for 3 months now. Worked wonders for me.

Hi Doctor! I am interested in Phentermine but I realise that I have a good grip on my appetite since I've cut down carbs. Almost down to 10 grams. I was wondering what else could I take in order to help me loose weight.
