Worst thing to loose
Have been doing this 4 times a week for 40 days and it works!!! Huge result :))) But now that I'm used to it, how do I intensify? Should I do each move longer? Because I love this workout!
Maybe try adding a weight in your hand or something with some weight :)

first day of love handle challenge done!! i struggled with the dolphin tails but still tried to do it the best I can...I'm determined to finish this challenge. you're such an inspiring, motivating person!!

Totally feel accomplished. In the past few months, due to medicine with weight side affects ive gained 42 lbs. I’m 5’2” and 152 lbs. ive never been overweight before and this is devastating for me but i just found your chanel, watched your weight loss story and feel so motivated. I’m off that medicine now so I’m hoping my weight will drop back down to 110😊 thank you for being a role model❤️

I loved this video. It is kind of deceiving! At first it's doesn't seem that difficult but when I was done I was somewhat out of breath. I loved the boat bikes. That has always been one of my favorite moves. Although I've never done it with the bicycle and that was a very nice touch. However my favorite move here was the pretzel because it is difficult to keep your knee and foot level. My favorites tend to be the ones I find hard because I feel like it pushes me to try harder. #nowiwantapretzel #day1done

Omg so fast lol but I really really hope this works!! Today was day 1 and it was a little difficult but I have to stick and get use to it in order to have more strength and be able to fly through this workout without a problem especially with lifting my legs up lol. I GOT THIS👍🏼...(I think I hope)😂
