He took the time to show me illustrations and make sure I knew how to use the nozzle properly and use it's full potential. Jim is an awesome guy and has created a superior product. @@CallieMasters5000 the Cutter just jumpstarts the hole, but the Busters do the actual root busting. Maybe the small cutter could be the Root Puncher, since it punches a hole for the Buster. In any case, I appreciate the comment :D
Wow.... first I was excited by blocked drain, then by the new squeegee and then a new bit that can cut grass and clean driveways!! Not to mention Ratty got a buffet and the blockage went bang on three!! Too much awesome for one video!! :D
