Being a South Indian i never released how hard it is for people to break open the coconut and take out coconut milk. A suggestion rather than using stainer along with small cloth just use a bit bigger cloth and twist on both sides to squeeze the coconut milk out. How they do it for cheese making using cheese cloth.

Normally we just bang it hard against the concrete ground and edge of the step here in Trinidad, until to splits open

Greetings, your (SECRET) soap making looks amazing, I say "secret" because there is no ingredients listing while making the soap. And, a note for future videos...wayyyy too much background noise, with slamming of your dishes, yet I enjoyed the soft background music. I would most definitely watch more of your videos without so much (utensils) background noise...hurts my inner eardrums when using earphones. Giving thanX for sharing. Much respect and love 💪🏾🙏🏽

Lovely recipe; An easier way to soften coconut its to put in in the hot oven for maybe 5 minutes or on top of stove's top, tap it on all sides and crack it open. Then grate the meat and use cheese cloth, so much easier.

My question, can you tell us please how to replace the lye ? I have read with baking soda ... do you have info if that works in your recipe? Thank you so much! I am from PHILIPPINES,,it's easy to break open the coconut by using the back of a big thick knife for safety not to accidentally hurt yourself and than we use a manual or electric coconut grater, next we squeeze the coconut and use a cheesecloth to strain it...I learn all of it during my young age

The first time I watched one of your video I thought that you were angry due to the slamming down of your utensils and tools, the louder sounds sounded like suppressed frustration to me. Now I realise this is an aesthetic and your video style, part of your niche as it were. And I love it, so long as those crashes are not too abrupt. You usually balance out the sound effects perfectly, just like your beautiful soap making. There are a couple of clashed here that were a bit too much, and I started to think about your life state rather than the soap making itself. Nothing wrong I conclude, it just became a distraction, just my personal thoughts only. It’s okay if others disagree.
I love it, the audio, so long as it’s not toooo much. Your recipe is absolutely amazing, in its creative idea, in design, form, colour, and ingredients. You are one of my favourite teachers and soap artist. Peace!🦋

And i would also like your advice regarding coconut milk. I do not have where to buy real coconut and do it your way. Can i replace with one feom the store? They have something like coconut cream, coconut water. I would greatly appreciate your advice.
    Love your work❤
